Excellent quality apartment with stunning views . The owner made sure everything was perfect for our stay
Lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a balcony to sit and take in the views and the afternoon sun. Everything was provided by the owner for our comfort. There is a pool and a handy little shop in the lobby. A few minutes walk down to the food halls and restaurants and the buses stop outside the apartment.

Apartment review
The apartment was very clean and tidy could do with a couple of saucepans as there was only a frying pan but everything else was fine good sea view on the 32nd floor Julie came in twice during our 13 day's to change bed's towels and generally clean up would recommend using this apartment

Good city! Very friendly people!
The location is amazing! Very big beach line. There are a lot of free places. This beach pebbles, so the water in the sea is very clean.

We loved it!
As a family unit, we stayed in both 1602 and 1604 - both were very comfortable, quiet and well equipped - definitely a home away from home - although we cooked nothing the entire month. The bus stop to Georgetown and Teluk Bahang is right in front of the Sri Sayang apartments; stalls, restaurants, night markets and shops are just a 5 minute walk away and the beach access is directly opposite beside the Rasa Sayang Shangri La hotel - just perfect.
Sri Sayang has a pool but it is quite crowded on weekends - seems many of the apartments are rentals, which attract lots of locals for a weekend away. There is also a convenience shop on the ground floor which is well stocked and well priced. The restaurant is unfortunately not very good from our experience - convenient but expensive.
We loved our holiday and we'll definitely be back.

High rise apartment
We were upgraded to a three bed apartment after our original allocation was found to be doubled booked. This was not a problem and the apartment is clean and spacious and well fitted out. The accommodation is on the 21st floor and the views from the balcony are spectacular.
The complex is located at the top of the town with a short cut through to the beach. Restaurants and shops are within easy reach.
Susie T is very helpful and is always available to answer any questions.
There was a bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen. Which I am sure can be easily rectified.

the location is amazing. it is located near batufringi beach. it has a nice balcony with breathtaking scenery. The price is good for a studio apartment. we feel relax. everything was great.

A fabulous, fun filled week!
What a great place to stay! Lovely sea view, walking distance to the restaurants and activities in Batu Feringhi and a bus outside to other parts of Penang. Cannot recommend a better place. Picked up at the airport by Simon, and greeted at the apartment by Susie. The apartment has all comforts of home and Susie nearby to assist if needed.
A great family vacation with Hubby and our 10 year old. We would love to go back one day!

Another great stay
What is left to be said after all the good reports. Susie has again outdone herself with this unit. Comfortably furnished everything needed to make this unit a home away home. Susie is always on hand to see that things run smoothly and is a font of knowledge and advice as to where to go and what to do. If you are thinking of a self catering apartment for your next holiday you can't do better than a stay here.
Susie will arrange for you to be met at the airport and driven to the units where she will be awaiting to show you around. Nothing seems to be to much trouble for her. If you don't see what you want than ask her and if possible she will sort it for you.
Then after all that just sit back and enjoy. We have been really happy here so much so that we have booked again for next year already.

Clean and comfortable accommodation
Jos condo make our stay in Penang a wonderful memorable experience. A very clean and fully furnish condo with big pool facility.Also very convenient location from the seaside and town area.My family enjoy very much during our stay here.

Batu Ferirnghi, situated along the coastal road north-west of Georgetown and lined with a string of international-standard resorts, is the most popular beach in Penang.
Soak in the sun or unwind on the beach while you enjoy a host of aquatic thrills from wind-surfing to canoeing. For a spine-tingling adventure, try para-sailing to enjoy the view of the beach from the sky. Horse riding is available as is jet skiing and the usual beach pursuits for the adults and children.
As the sun sets, Batu Ferringhi comes alive with a carnival-like atmosphere with an open-air bazaar selling anything from ornate curios to enticing souvenir items. Watch local artisans demonstrate the intricate art of craft-making and batik-painting. Dubbed the Ferringhi Walk, the bazaar offers shoppers a host of attractions.
The bazaar is held every evening of the year along the footpath that runs on either side of the main road that winds its way through Batu Ferringhi. Many bargains are to be had for the smart shopper, so make sure that you do bargain the price as that is what you are expected to do. Stalls sell everything from clothes, DVDs CDs, jewelery and other local and imported handicrafts.

- Miami Green is some 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the time of the day traveled, from the Penang International Airport.
- Airport limousines and taxis are plentiful, affordable and always available at the arrival lounge counter on a prescribed rate coupon system.
