Great location, Nicely renovated apartment.
It is a very nicely done up apartment with a modern feel. It is clean and comes with a laundry area. Location is very good along Batu Ferringhi and just opposite Hard Rock Hotel and Bayview Resort. Just outside the apartment block is a 24 hr taxi station, mini mart, laundry shop and eating shops. It is walking distance to the night markets. Beach across the road is just beautiful, esp during sun rise when it is nice and cooling.

Batu Ferringhi is located north of Penang Island along the coastline. From George Town, guests can either take the Rapid Bus from Komtar up to Batu Ferringhi via buses 101 or 102. From the airport, you can take bus 102 which takes you up to Batu Ferringhi. Alternatively you can take the taxi but agree on the fare before boarding.
