villa very nice and clean.
close to shamrock beach like 2-3 minutes walking.
overall its great place to hangout with large group.
value for money, and definitely will stay again.

great place for big family trip to Penang
15 of us from the family really enjoyed this spacious and clean Shamrock Villa, 5 rooms plus functioning kitchen, bathrooms etc and a foosball table that all the big and small kids love! It is about 300m walk to the Shamrock beach, and sometimes we also drive to the nearby Batu Feringghi beaches as well. It is a bit of drive (7km) to all the famous makan places like Kimberly Road in George Town which is not that bad. Will come back and stay at this place again.
