It is newly renovated over the last years. Second Floor: one double bedroom (with ensuite). Ground floor: Living room with sleeping couches (suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). We have two travelling cot beds for toddlers. We would kindly ask you to put them together yourself, and afterwards put them back into the cupboard please. We also ask you to bring your own sleeping bags for the travel cots. If children do not want to sleep in a room by themselves we can also provide two inflatable mattresses which could be put up in the parents' rooms. Number of bedrooms: 4 Bedroom 1: Double, sleeps 2 Bedroom 2: Super king, sleeps 2 Bedroom 3: Double, sleeps 2 Bedroom 4: Single, sleeps 1 Beds that aren't in bedrooms (living room) Sofa bed, sleeps 2 Sofa bed, sleeps 2 children or 1 adult 3 Bathrooms: 2 ensuite (first floor and attic room), 1 main bathroom with large bathtub (first floor). Guest toilet on ground floor. Kitchen: includes a big fridge/freezer, gas cooker with electric oven, new washer/dryer, new dishwasher. Dining Table: fits 8 adults easily, max 10 - 12 (including children) Great Neighbourhood: So much you can do - just ask us. And we help you out... The following is all within approx. 10 min walk: Tesco, Boots, Several nice bakeries, great butcher, best fish monger in the world (20 min walk), two great micro pubs, 4-6 regular pubs (including some that show sport), a big variety of restaurants (great Britsh, great Spanish one with Tapas, Several good Asians) Numerous Coffee / Tea places, one in particular we love. Golf Course: only 15-20 min walk Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee depends on the no. of guests. The Cleaning Fee is one amount, which is used in all cases. As we want to be fair to a smaller group of people booking our place, and hence not have to charge them the full, maximum amount, we offer the following: 95 £ (up to 2 guests) 125 £ (3 - 4 guests) 155 £ (5 - 6 guests) 195 £ (7 - 8 guests) 225 £ (9- 10 guests) 250 - 300 (for more or parties etc.) - - - PLEASE discuss this with us before your booking - if you have any questions. We apologise, but we do have to make manual amendments every time we take a booking, unless by chance, the next group falls into the same category (number of guests) as the previous one. The house is really lovely. In good condition and well appointed. The kitchen even had a decent peeler and a salad spinner as well as a blender. My son absolutely loved the toy shed and the garden is lovely. Great location. We will stay again...More

House is close to good sandy blue flag beach. Pleasant swimming in both Viking and Stone Bay. Latter is better beach for children. Good restaurants nearby. House has lovely garden, playshed and decking for meals outside. Like the facilities in kitchen and laundry facilities. Recommend...More

Broadstairs Train Station: 20 minutes walk, or Taxi Within Broadstairs: walking is the best option - the House is centrally located. Very good public transport (Bus or Train) to Ramsgate, Margate, Canterbury, Whitstable..etc
