The famous Baga beach offers all kinds of water sports and beach shacks with a variety of economical cuisine. Or for those interested in a more relaxed holiday …. just lay back on the sun beds on the beach and listen to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the sea shore!
An end unit on the 3rd floor with scenic views our vacation home comprises a large studio apartment with a loft and terrace. There is no elevator in the building and involves climbing 3 flights of stairs so may not be suitable for the elderly and infirm. It has an open and bright floor plan with 3 sleeping areas: Double sofa bed in living area, double sofa bed in the lounge, double sofa bed in the loft. Additionally there are 2 single sofa beds if required. It has a large floor to ceiling window which overlooks the beautiful goan countryside and green fields where you can view all kinds of birds and the occasional peacock with its beautiful flared feathers. The cosy loft above overlooks the living area and has a large window with tranquil views. The large thick curtain can be drawn across the room to create an enclosed bedroom for additional privacy. This extends to the small terrace which is a perfect place to take your morning coffee while heralding a gorgeous sunrise or sip an evening cocktail while witnessing a spectacular sunset.
Our guests are required to convert the sofas into beds for sleeping as required. Linens and towels are provided and changed every 3 days. If additional changes are required this can be arranged for a nominal charge. There are 2 small bathrooms for our guests’ comfort each with a separate shower stall with rain shower. This self catering apartment also comes with a small kitchenette with gas stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle and basic utensils. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV for our guest’s comfort. Wireless internet service is available through Tata photon USB for one computer at a nominal charge.
The apartment is air conditioned and has an inverter back up.
The resort has 2 sparkling swimming pools and 2 in house Restaurants and bar which provide all kinds of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies including delicious goan and sea food and room service is available.
This cosy and well located apartment accommodates 8 guests. It is the perfect place for a family vacation or for a small group that wants to be near the beach and clubs, share a good time and bond with each other.
i was little skeptical while booking for baga beach homes, but to my surprise it is the best place one can ever asked for in goa, fairly close to baga just 5 min walk, this house is quipped with all modern amenities along with best in services from their owner Mr Dominic, a special mention to Mrs Lobo who is the manager for the property, she was always ready to listen to you even in the odd hours and go extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay, to conclude all i must refer this place to all pals who are travelling goa.

Best place to stay as a group
it is excellent place for the people who is looking for group stay in Baga or North GOA, just 200 meter away from baga beach and Titos & mambo clubs, we enjoyed as 8 ppl and we all want to stay together, the dream comes true because of Baga beach homes, its suits for family stay as well, very neat and clean studio apartment, markable service and hospitality, and finally i would like to mention the response of Mr. Domnic and Ms. Lobo was quite notable

Excellent place to stay with a group of friends
It is a very nice place to stay with a group of friends, the location is perfect, just 5 min walk from Baga Beach. The place is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend to friends.

3rd Floor...last Flat ...too crampy..overpriced
We had booked for 2 nights on 2nd and 3rd July. 6 friends.... the apartment looks big in the photos posted by their website but it is too small...it can easily humiliate mumbai's tiny apartments...there are no bed or bedroom...just one small hall and tiny kitchen...two bathrooms were i think made out of one...the shower place so small that it is impossible to even stretch your hands.
There might me more than 100 apartments in the property ...but this apartment (read as mini hall) is last one in the third floor...after a beach fun and tired night life it is a real pain to get upto the flat...
On the positive note the quality of towels and bed sheets were very nice...Kitchen with utensils was useful...Mrs. Lobo the care taker didn't called us regarding our booking or airport transfer...when i called her she told us take prepaid taxi....but she was ok otherwise...
There were several better options with reasonable price available so we shifted out of it to a better and convenient location for the next two nights...

Firstly let me apologize that you did not have the best holiday experience. It is always our goal for our clients to have a truly restful and enjoyable vacation and I am sorry that you found us lacking.
If we have not delivered what we promised then you have every reason to complain. But if you were unable to understand what was clearly explained on our website and were expecting something different then we are sorry we did not meet your expectations.
Customer states: the apartment looks big in the photos posted by their website but it is too small.
Multiple reviewers have stated that the apartment is exactly as depicted in the website, which it is. We are sorry if you imagined it to be larger.
Customer is complaining that the flat is on the 3rd floor and end unit, and that it was a pain to get up to the flat after beach fun and nightlife and that there are no beds and that the showers are small.
This has also been clearly mentioned on the website:

Customer complains: Mrs. Lobo the care taker didn't called us regarding our booking or airport transfer
Mrs Lobo was not supposed to contact them since they declined the option for an airport transfer which has to be prebooked. They were supposed to inform Ms Lobo as to when they were arriving so she could greet them at the apartment. To expect an airport transfer that they were not willing to pay for is unreasonable and presumptious.
This customer was given a discounted price of Rs 4000/- per night instead of the published price of $95 or Rs 5700 per night and still chooses to complain about the price. Customer has not mentioned anything about the panoramic views from the apartment or the loft and terrace which are part of this apartment. Also complains about the location but fails to mention that the property is in a resort with 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants and is very conveniently located just a 5 min walk from Baga beach and Tito’s club which most other reviewers have greatly appreciated.

Awesome Stay at Baga Beach
I visited Baga beach along with my school friends. We stayed at Baga beach homes. This accommodation is perfect if you are going with your friends, family. Location is the best plus point. It is right next to Tito's lane and you don't have to take out your car for going to Baga beach, clubs, etc. The view from the window is breathtaking. You can sit and relax and enjoy the view.

Delightful stay
we were a group of 9 friends on the trip and the services provided by the place was splendid.
The place was clean and well equipped with all the basic amenities , a maid was provided who did the cleaning part.
overall an amazing place with amazing view and homely touch. whenever in goa this would be the place where i would prefer checking in .

It was a memorable stay!
Our group had a splendid time during our visit to Goa and some of the most cherished moments we shared and still hold close to us were within the apartment at Baga Beach Homes. The place had a very warm and welcoming atmosphere and we had pretty much everything we required within our reach. Most importantly the cleanliness was up to mark. We had all basic requirements within our apartment and assistance was always provided as and when requested

Great for birdwatching
We're a middle aged English couple. Lourdes, the manager, and her helper looked after us well, cleaning and changing linen as required. The apt is up 57 steps and along rather grim corridors and consists of one room with sofa beds and a mezzanine with one cupboard and more sofa beds. Young people who want to go clubbing apparently don't mind being cramped and having to make up their bed every night.
The view across the paddy fields is fantastic for bird watching, take some binoculars even if you've never done it before.
This is typical 2* Goa accommodation, dangling wires, needs a lick of paint and some screens to keep out mozzies in the bathroom.
There are 2 pools and the grounds are well tended.

Just an amazing place to stay... enjoyed a lot
It is just an amazing place. A very good restaurant with pool. No disturbance. Parking is easily available. Very good staff and co-operative. Must go for it .
