This very spacious Porthleven cottage with fabulous views and a private garden is ideal for a short leisurely stroll to the picturesque village with its restaurants, shops and pubs, great for families but equally popular with couples. The South West Coastal Path passes in front of the cottage for walkers to enjoy the path to Loe Bar, the Lizard and Gunwallow Church Cove. . There are comfy sofas for everyone in the living room and a flat screen Satellite TV/DVD player and FREE WiFi with a good selection of board games, books and DVDs. Lovely week spoilt only by the weather

Lovely cottage, wonderful sea views and only a short walk to the harbour with lovely restaurants and pubs. Cottage was extremely well equipped and comfortable, nice garden with furniture but the weather wasn’t kind to us. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Everyone loves the wonderful views from the cliffs on the short walk to the picturesque harbour with its variety of restaurants - including Rick Steins fish restaurant, shops, pubs and interesting craft shops and galleries. Theres even a specialist icecream shop! For beach lovers Porthleven is heaven with great surfing and nearby there are the world renowned beaches at Praa Sands (10k) and Falmouth (14k). Attractions within easy reach include the Eden Project, Flambards, Falmouth, Lands End, Doc Martins Port Wenn (Port Isaac) the Lost Gardens of Heligan & several National Trust properties - also Jamie Olivers 15 just outside Newquay and lots more to see and do! A visit to the open-air Minack Theatre is a must. Don't miss the St Ives Tate Art Gallery which is amazing.
