The beautiful endless beaches of the Costa de la Luz are 1 km from the house.

The house is well-equipped, with a light and airy feel to it. All the bedrooms are a decent size, with the master having an en-suite bathroom. In addition to this, there is the main bathroom, while downstairs there is an additional WC with shower.

About the neighbourhood
Conil de la Frontera is a pueblo blanco (white town) on the Costa de la Luz. The area has only in the last 10 years become known as a holiday destination to tourist outside Spain. As such, it has never been exposed to the over-development and commercialisation which the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca suffer from.

The town is very popular with the Spanish, families travelling from Madrid and Seville to escape the searing interior summer heat. The beaches, while very good for water sports, are extremely safe and well-maintained, typically remaining very shallow at both high and low tides, with no dangerous currents near the shore. As such, the area is popular for those with young families.
