Very nice villa equipped with all you can think of - except a dishwasher. Service and check in were very good. From the terrace you have amazing views of the sea with Fuerteventura. Only 15 minutes by foot to the beach.

Perfect property it made our holiday!
It's as described in the brochure, stylish and modern will all the required facilities to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent communication with the local representatives before hand meant an easy drive to the location with the maps provided and easy access when we arrived. We asked for a late checkout which was sorted out to allow us to extend our last day with no problems.
There are local shops and bars / restaurants in easy walking distance to allow you to eat in or out as you want. If you want more variety, there is the marina area which is a 30 min walk along a scenic promenade or 5 mins in a car where there are any number of shops or bars / restaurants to suit all tastes.
Would book this again without hesitation if we come to Lanzarote again!

Sehr schöne Lage zwischen Ortszentrum Playa Blanca und den Papagayo Stränden. Schöne Terrasse mit Pool und super eingerichtete Zimmer, Bäder, Küche. Sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung durch die Verwalter.

Sehr schön, erholsam und ruhig
Um es vorab zu sagen es ist alles absolut so, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen, nicht einsehbar mit ausreichend Platz für vier, sehr gute Abwicklung, 2maliger Reinigung innerhalb 10 Tag, sehr gut.
Aber für eine absolute top Bewertung fehlten uns bei über 200€/Tag für zwei Personen dann doch etwas. Keine Satelitenanlage um deutsches Fernsehen zu empfangen wäre noch akzeptabel, wenn die Internetverbindung so schnell gewesen wäre um zu streamen, war sie leider nicht. Ein Weber Kugelgrill ist gut aber ohne Grillbesteck und Bürste eben nicht top. Warum man in der Küche auf Kleinigkeiten wie Eierbecher, Messerschärfer, Abwaschbürste, Küchenpapier, Pfeffer, Salz, Zucker und ein paar Gewürze bei diesem Preis verzichtet, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Aus dem Abfluß im Gästebad roch es unangehnem und den Wasserschaden an der Wohnzimmerdecke hätte man auch überstreichen können.
Daher sehr gut aber nicht ausgezeichnet.

Top notch villa!
We stayed here in November 18. From the time of booking everything was handled really well.
When we arrived we found the keys easily, the villa spotless, well laid out, nice furniture, comfortable beds and pillows, a well equipped kitchen, sharp knives (important if you’re into cooking like me) and then a great and generous outdoor space.
You’ve got the mountains on one side and the sea ahead of you, the sun pretty much all day on the terrace and a pool to dip into.
The shop is 10 minutes walk away but we also had a car which we used a little bit.
I think this place is great value for money and I’d definitely go back.
Only feedback I’d have is to have extra towels, if you are there for a week like we were with no maid to give fresh they were a bit smelly by end of the week. Also, we found no extras in the kitchen, things like salt, pepper, oil, kitchen roll. We bought these but it would be great to have a few pantry items for general use.

Moderne Villa mit viel Privatsphäre
Alles wie beschrieben, einfach toll!
Ruhige Lage, die riesige Terrasse ist uneinsichtig und den ganzen Tag sonnig.
Super zum Ausspannen, für alles andere sollte man einen Mietwagen buchen.
Netter und zuverlässiger Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Ein Traum in Weiß...
Wir haben in diesem tollen Haus wundervolle 11 Tage genossen. Tolle Lage und super Aussicht. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht ist einfach klasse. Die Einrichtung hat unseren Geschmack getroffen. Die Terrasse hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Man kann super abends mit dem Hund spazieren gehen und wenn man einen weiten Fussmarsch nicht scheut, kann man bis in die Marina Rubicon laufen. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil, dieser ist auf Lanzarote schon für schmales Geld zu bekommen. Die Verwaltung der Villa (Villalia) ist sehr zuverlässig und schnell. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch im Juni 2018.

Wonderful stay
I would highly recommend staying at villa Patricia. It was in a safe clean location. Very near to shops and a short drive to the Marina.
Good restaurants in walking distance.
Wonderful pool views of the coast and mountains
