Perfect relaxing break. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could need. When we arrived there was a welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The dishwasher and washing machine were a great help. The bathrooms both had a bath with a shower which was great. All the beds were really comfy.
The villa is in a lovely scenic location, which both mountain and sea views. It was both very private and peaceful.
The pool was a great size and heated with views of the Montana Roja, in a big outside space with a lovely terrace.
We hired a car for our stay which came in very useful as it was a long walk into Playa Blanca, although there was a taxi rank very near the villa (always seemed plenty of taxis). The roads were very easy to drive on and there was always plenty of parking.
Our hosts Jose and Aridane were extremely helpful throughout the holiday and we could reach them on WhatsApp if we had any questions.

Absolutely perfect place
This is a must if you are looking for a private villa in Playa Blanca. Very modern living for a place in the sun. This villa is also in a safe gated road 5 minutes by car to the centre of Playa Blanca. The pool is heated and a nice size for a swim. Good sized garden with views of the volcano to the rear and an amazing views of Playa Blanca and the sea at the front of the property. The guys running the property are very friendly and when we had a couple of little issues they sorted them out straight away. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing private holiday in the best resort in Lanzarote.

Nice Villa - Rental car is recommended
Really nice, clean villa. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook for yourself. There's not alot in the neighbourhood, but you can walk in 20-25 minutes to the boulevard and with a car you can get around just about everywhere in Playa Blanca within 5 minutes. Good flat screen tv with netflix and the internet works fine. The pool is heated to 25 degrees, but still feels pretty cold in the winter time. Beautiful view of the sunrise in the mornings.

Perfect villa
The villa was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The pool was a good size and there was outdoor eating/seating both front and back. The area was very quiet but with easy access to Playa Blanca's restaurants and shops. The customer service when we had trouble getting the TV to work was very quick and efficient.

Great holiday
Bellavista is a private estate on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. My family (4 adults) booked into apartment A6 but apparently we stayed in A10 am sure the layout was the same. Plenty of space, though could do with 2 more adult chairs inside, the twin bed room is a little small for adults but as we didn't spend that much time indoors it was not a big problem.
Pool was great and cleaned each morning, very private for sunbathing and only a short walk to a little supermarket. would definitely recommend hiring a car though.
Fantastic view from the apartment down towards the sea and the mountain/volcano ranges.
Would love to go back

Great place
Great place to be, very nice house, calm and outside the crowd.
Everything was ready at our arrival, and as described.
Only one remark regarding mattress not so confortable and towels clean but a little bit old.
The rest and sepcially the house is very nice.
I recommand.

Comfort and convenience
Good location on the edge of a small, tidy estate of villas. The property has a pleasant, open view to the nearby volcano. Very handy for a walk around the crater (approximately a 30 minute gentle hike to the top). Great family friendly accommodation with a small, but nice swimming pool. The property is well maintained, with fairly basic, but very acceptable furnishings. It was handy to have the use of a washing machine. To be slightly picky, it would have been useful to have a full length mirror and one more comfortable chair in the living room area. We very much enjoyed our stay and can recommend no.28 as a nice place to chill-out and relax.

Espectacular villa en paraje singular
Espectacular villa con geniales vistas a Playa Blanca con piscina climatizada en un entorno fantástico a los pies de Montaña Roja, en la población de Playa Blanca, con facilidad de acceso a las playas del Papagayo y demás entorno natural de la isla.
Lo mejor, la predisposición de villalia a solucionar las incidencias ocurridas durante la estancia (bombilla fundida, salto de diferencial....)
