The guest apartment also has a living area with adjoining, open kitchen and a private terrace. From here you can also take an outside staircase directly to the large pool. In the guest area there are also two bedrooms with a total of 4 beds and a bathroom. The pool with its 5x10m offers water fun for big and small - and here it must be noted that the pool has no non-swimmers area. Please take special care of smaller children or insecure swimmers. Of course there is air conditioning in each of the 4 bedrooms. The large communal area can also be cooled by air conditioning. For the winter, there are next to the fireplace and radiators, which provide a cozy warmth. The property with its approx. 3,800 sqm is flat and easy to maintain in almost all areas and completely fenced. The sun is optimally aligned so that you can enjoy the Spanish sun all year round. The object is blessed for children. Also, guests who want to travel with their pet, are welcome. Due to the division of the house in 3 levels, this object is only partially recommended for people with reduced mobility. The hacienda Aguila is always rented as an exclusive property, so you do not need to worry about having more guests staying there during your stay. If you want to spend a wonderful holiday in Spain in a spacious villa with lots of privacy, then you are in the "Hacienda Águila" just right. From 1 May to 30 September each year, arrivals and departures are only possible on a Saturday. About the neighbourhood
The Monte Pego is idyllically situated above the nature reserve "Marjal". There you will find dotted by rivers and streams, the landscape still traditionally processed rice fields. This nature reserve is popular with ornithologists in spring and autumn during the bird migration, as the Marjal is a much-visited resting place. In Germany you will find Mediterranean forests, romantic villages with many Moorish origin and great mountains for hiking, mountain biking or just walking. To the long sandy beaches of Oliva and Denia is just a few minutes. Here you can just relax, swim and practice different water sports.
