This penthouse apartment is located just a few minutes minutes walk (400 metres) from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location. The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms, The penthouse is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. The open plan lounge has a sofa bed, 32' flat screen TV receiving UK TV channels, free pay per view sports channels and more including an on-line film library. Unlimited WI-FI internet is included in the rental price. The kitchen is fully equipped, including Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster and washing machine. One month before your stay at the property, I will send you directions from the Airport or town you are coming from. You will be met and greeted on arrival by my property manager who will give you the code to a key box which is by the front door and where you will find the keys to the property. The directions will also include the WI-FI password and the telephone number of the property manager should you require anything whilst you are there. The property also has a folder where you will find recommendations for restaurants/bars etc.

Vera Playa is approximately a five mile stretch of beach which is just 300 metres away from the apartment. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants, a large supermarket and an Aquapark within a short walk. Some of the local areas of interest are: - Mojacar playa - Mojacar pueblo - Garrucha - Villaricos - Cuevas de Almanzora - Cabo de Gata This list however is not exhaustive and visitors to the area will no doubt discover some delightful places themselves. For golfers, there are several golf courses within a short drive.

We recommend hiring a car for your stay but is not necessary if you intend to only stay around the local area which has many bars and restaurants including three beach bars. We can help with advice on hiring cars or we can arrange an airport transfer for you (paid in cash locally to the driver). There is a local bus service to Garrucha and in high season a road train. For those wanting to hire bicycles, there is a hire shop about 1.5km away.
