Both the living room and master bedroom have 42' flat screen Smart televisions that offer numerous international channels, including Netflix and there is dedicated Fibre 100mb broadband Wi-Fi connected to the apartment. There is air conditioning (hot/cold) throughout the entire apartment. All bedroom windows have Shutters and wind down black out blinds. There is also a travel cot and high chair available should you require. Sotogrande is a unique gated community with many gorgeous restaurants, cafes and shops. It has 2 exclusive Beach clubs with swimming pools and a community gymnasium where daily membership is available. Home to the World famous Santa Maria Polo fields with it's international tournaments, it also has Tennis, Paddle tennis, Kayak and Sailing clubs offering courses during summer, a Riding Stables and 2 beautiful Beach clubs as well as 5 Golf courses nearby and sea fishing from the shore or a charter boat on your doorstep. Vehicle access to the marina is exclusively for residents and guests during the summer months. A water taxi operates in summer to take you from one side of the marina to the other free of charge. Torreguadiaro is a short stroll along the beach away with a host of restaurants available including traditional Spanish, Thai, Mexican, Argentinian and Italian, to even English. Chiringuitos are open on the beach during the summer months for a cocktail and watching the sun set or dinner with views of the sea and marina at the same time. A 20 minute drive along the coast will take you to the thriving tourist resort of Gibraltar. This makes for a fascinating day out where you can explore the history and culture of this 'little piece of the United Kingdom'! The narrow streets and variety of shops, some with African influence and great restaurants eminating aromas of various cuisines to excite your senses. A trip up the rock to the caves and tunnels via cable car if you wish and an interaction with the resident Barbary apes is a must! Or a visit to Tangiers North Africa via ferry also makes for an interesting day out Puerto Banus is about half an hour East . Like Sotogrande it boasts a beautiful marina adorned with magnificent yachts. Here the rich and famous dine out around the water front, lined with expensive cars and equally expensive restaurants! Another 10 minutes from Puerto Banus leads you to explore a wealth and diversity of shops, markets and eateries in Marbella.The seafront and boardwalks are lined with restaurants and bars and yet despite its size, still retains the Spanish feel. About the neighbourhood

Torreguadiaro is a stroll along the beach away. Puerto Banus is half an hours drive east and Marbella another 10 minutes. Gibraltar airport can be reached in half an hour and car hire is easily available just outside the airport or Malaga airport is about 70 minutes drive away.
