This superb 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Marina Penthouse apartment is beautifully furnished and an ideal holiday property in a fantastic location. The terrace areas are large, spacious and private and enjoy spectacular sea/coastal and lagoon views, with a Jacuzzi (July - Sept inc) ideally situated on the top terrace and a gas BBQ on the lower terrace. The resort enjoys the all year round sunshine of the Costa Del Sol. Sotogrande has something for everyone. For some it's a sport, sailing, golfing, tennis or polo paradise and for others it's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the fabulous surroundings. An excellent well equipment apartment with views of the Harbour in good location.

Superb, sunny and luxurious stay

About the neighbourhood

The local village of Torreguadiaro is just past the Marina, a 20 min walk or 3 mins in the car and free parking available, there you will find a choice of cafe/restaurants, some very Spanish with great tapas and some contemporary in style, all near the beach. There is also a good choice of cafe/restaurants in Soto Marina; the “Ke’ Bar” is a must, with its model train running around above the bar! - Sit back and watch how the other half live on the fantastic yachts! Ask around for when the Polo is on, well worth a visit all welcome and very relaxed atmosphere!
