DVD player and DVDs, library and music provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and the shower room is light and spacious. All towels and bedding provided.

Have the luxury of home from home facilities, with freedom to come and go as you wish, add in a safe and beautiful pool and outside dining area and you'll find it hard to leave! When you want the night life or restaurant dining it is all available within minutes so you can rest and relax or go out and play!
We may be a little more expensive than some of the other rentals but then we offer a first class property and service as our reviews will confirm. We provide basic toiletries, a wide selection of sun creams, bath robes, pool and beach towels. There are also basic kitchen necessities e.g. teas, coffee, oils and spices.
The hosts live on the premises and are available as you wish. The pool is for exclusive use of guests.
Guests need to be aware that there is a busy dual carriageway between the development and the beach but you will hear very little noise. It is possible to walk to the beach in 10 minutes but as the return trip is uphill we strongly recommend driving which will take 5 minutes.

Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly and will get along with our 2 well-behaved dogs which will not be in the least bit bothered by other dogs arriving. We insist that animals do not sit or lie on either the beds or sofas inside or outside.

Lovely stay - would recommend
We stayed for 5 nights during May half term. This Casita is a convenient one hour drive from Malaga airport and easy to find. Lovely quiet location, handy parking right outside, and the children (9 &13 years) loved the pool and the friendly & well behaved dogs. Comfortable, good size accommodation and well equipped kitchen area. There are all sorts of thoughtful useful extras provided eg tea/coffee etc, bbq, suncream, a first aid kit, hairdryer and pool inflatables. The hosts were friendly and welcoming but not intrusive. Shops and restaurants 5 minutes drive away. We also used it as a base for a day trip to Gibraltar and enjoyed the cable car up The Rock and seeing the monkeys. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful trip!
We had a amazing time staying here. James and Alison were so accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, from insightful local tips and recommending (and helpfully booking up) local restaurants for us. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed (and more). We had a delightful stay here and very much enjoyed being greeted by 3 beautiful dogs each morning as we walked out to our car. Thanks very much J and A!

Just Perfect
A lovely place to stay. Hosts Alison and James are fantastic, offering help and ideas for places to visit but also leaving you in total privacy. Kitchen is very well equipped, the bedroom is large and airy with a very comfortable bed. The living area has a stunning view out to sea. All in all a perfect place to stay.

Great villa, comfortable with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed themselves from ages 7-80
The separate living spaces really suited us. Villa is great and Alison and James couldn't have been kinder or more helpful.

Peace, tranquility and absolute paradise- Tranquilidad y un paraiso
The villa was absolutely amazing, plenty of space for the family, absolutely spotless with everything you could wish for. James and Alison, were always to hand if you needed anything, perfect hosts, pleasure to meet such a lovely couple. Would highly recommend this villas to anyone, whether it be family or friends. --

Perfect place for getaway
Had a little get together with my 5 friends. This villa was our perfect getaway. Plenty of space for all of us. Clean and tidy, great neighbourhood, beach is walking distance. We went to nearby tapas bar once,but preferred to cook by ourselves - lovely kitchen. Would have breakfast in my favourite place in the villa - patio area, during the day hanging out in the beautiful garden next to pool, and after dinner we would be in living room around the fireplace. One word - perfect!

Whats on the doorstep?Sotogrande.10 minutes away by car, Sotogrande is more than a playground for the rich and famous, although it is that too. In summertime the stunning harbour is buzzing with activity and the visitor can either enjoy one of the many fabulous restaurants on offer, take lunch on the beach at a chiringuito or play a round of golf or game of tennis.Also famous for it class golf courses and top notch polo fields the water is always an attraction here and Sotogrande offers most if not all of the water based sports you could wish for.During the summertime polo tournaments are happening throughout the week Less than a half hours car ride will get you to the frontier of Gibraltar and rock tours are available for anyone wanting to know more about this historically strategic British Commonwealth territory with its famous Barbary apes.TorreguadiaroJust a short walk or couple of minutes drive from Sotogrande is the seaside village of Torreguadiaro. Adorned with wonderful tapas bars, restaurants that have the freshest of fish and views across to Africa and Gibraltar, this is a special place! The beach here is fabulous and safe and manned by a beach guard and lookout as are most beaches in summertime, this is a great place to come and chill out.San Diego.Two minutes by car from the villa you will find yourself looking at a heavenly long, curved streach of beautiful beach boasting 2 chiringuitos with sun loungers, lovely views to Africa and safe bathing. In just a few short years this once tiny fishing village has been transformed into a family friendly tourist resort which somehow still holds on to its roots and remains very Spanish. In mid July this small town swells to around 5000 people for the mid summer fiesta of the full moon - get yourself a picnic, sit on the beach and listen to the music whilst taking in the wonderful happy atmosphere as everyone celebrates together this most magical of evenings.Estepona20 minutes by car this stunning coastal town has it all! Whether you want to see Europes biggest orchid house, wander flower lined cobbled traditional streets, sit in the shade of an orange tree in a small square and sip a drink or lounge on a blue flag beach and enjoy the sun - this town is a place to see
