The cozy apartment “Palm House” is part of a complex and situated in Puerto del Carmen, close to the beach. The child-friendly apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and one with a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair (both upon request). The spacious covered balcony is perfect for starting your day with a coffee, and the communal area with many deck chairs and a pool invites you to take a break from the beach,the closest of which, Punta de Playa Blanca, is only 550 (6-minute walk) away. .

Apartment close to loads of bars and restaurants
A lovely apartment with plenty of room for 4 of us. Very central and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. We could have done with more than one bath towel each for the week and extra hand towels. There is only one air conditioning unit in the living room for the whole apartment so it can get a bit warm . Great having a washing machine too. Martin was very helpful and accomidating.

Home from home
Perfect in every way, close to everything with a fantastic host Martin Suarez he got us everything we required washing machine , dishwasher just perfect 200 meters from the strip nice pool not crowded sun beds always available I would recommend this to anyone enough to accommodate 7 people

Beautiful apartment 😍
Beautiful apartment, very clean. Has everything you need, short walk to the strip and beach, no hills which is always a bonus. Martin gave great instructions on where the apartment was and checked in with me to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Will definitely stay again. 5 stars

Excellent
The apartment is excellent. Very clean and spacious. Just 3 of us stayed so there was loads of space inside and out. Perfect location - just a couple of minutes from supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Quiet in the evenings and we had the pool area to ourselves. Michael was superb in terms of communication throughout. I am very fussy but will be back :) Great for running if that’s your bag!

Great apartment in an excellent location
Enjoyed a great week during our stay at the house of palm, the apartment is in an excellent location only 2 minute walk from the casino just off Calle Pedro Barba so is close by to dozens of restaurants, bars etc. The apartment is on the first floor (accessed via 1 flight of stairs) is spacious with the advantage of having 2 bathrooms (essential in an apartment with 4 bedrooms) a large kitchen/dining area, separate lounge and a huge south facing balcony that gets the sun from morning till early evening. Wifi (essential these days) is good and easily coped with 4 phones & a now TV box connected, there are some tv channels including Netflix. Thanks to Martin who was at the apartment to greet us and who, if needed, was available should you need anything. Should we need a 4 bed apartment on our next visit to Puerto Del Carmen I will not hesitate to book again and would recommend to groups of friends or family who are thinking of a holiday in the resort.

Can't speak highly enough about our stay in palm house calle pedro barba puerto del Carmen.everything was perfect. Ie location,house had everything down to beach towels we didn't need to bring anything but our clothes.less than 5 minutes to beach and main strip.tv,wifi aircon pool was great had it to ourselves mostly. Martin the owner was great there anytime we needed him and even dropped us to airport. Would highly recommend this apartment Thanks Martin again for everything we will be back 😁

Amazing Apartment !
Stayed at the House of Palm with 3 friends.Very spacious 4 bed apartment, lovely decor and perfect locatuon. Perfect for adults and families also.Will definately stay here again !! Amazing holiday.

Nice, clean large apartment - shame the pool is not heated.
We found the House of Palm to be a comfortable apartment which has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The flat is ideally set up for a large family or equally two smaller families, having effectively two wings with bedrooms and a bathroom in each. The kitchen, living room and veranda are spacious and the general area is quiet and located close to the beach and all restaurants and bars etc. Martin was very helpful, even lugging a heavy barbecue up the stairs for us on request. If you have a car, parking can be a challenge. One down side for us was that the pool was too cold for our two year old granddaughter to even dip a toe in. The adverts do say the pool is unheated, but it would be well to take this into account if you have young children. All in all, though, a nice relaxing time and we would return.

Fantastic short break, appartment lovely and clean, in a quiet residential complex with private pool. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Close to beachfront and the array of restaurants and bars. Martin kept in touch before and during our stay. Will definitely look to book again when we return to Lanzarote.
