Situated in Afitos, one of the most picturesque villages of Halkidiki, the house is built on ground level offering the sense of proximity to nature. It has a spacious yard with an incredible view to sea and second peninsula of Halkidiki. Around the house, are small summer family houses. Village of Afitos is the only traditional preserved settlement in Kassandra with a unique building architecture and with a small picturesque centre just 8 minutes walking from the house. Please respect the quiet hours during midday and after midnight. Please save resources, both electricity and water. Think in a more sustainable way and do not let the air-conditions working while you are not at the cottage and also while windows and doors are open, or water running useless. Please take your rubbish at the entrance of the complex, where the large bins are located. In general the property has common sense rules and in brief please take care of it like it's your own home:)
