VILLA OASIS offers MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW, PRIVATE SANDY BEACH and GARDEN INSIDE THE FOREST. In a traditional countryside house, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with parking, barbeque and children playing yard, there are: 2 APARTMENTS WITH PATIO IN THE GARDEN 2 APARTMENTS WITH BALCONY AND SEA VIEW and 2 STUDIOS WITH TERRACE AND PANORAMIC VIEW. The garden is open to the pinewood and there are many sitting places where you can enjoy the superb view relaxing under the big pine trees. . The only road access to the seashore, 100 meters away, starts from the property. So the long sandy beach is practically privet and never crowded. Sea is clear shallow and proper for children. Sunbeds and umbrellas are offered for free. It sleeps up to 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the living room. The living room can be used as bedroom. During summer the actual living room is outdoors in the balcony of the apartment, where you can enjoy the superb view, the cool sea breeze, and the perfume of the flowers. The apartment is equipped with full cooking facilities. The kitchen is located at the back side of the living room. It is fully equipped, with big fridge, stove with oven, coffee machine, sandwich maker, electric kettle and all kitchenware and tableware for 6 persons. There are two dining places with tables and chairs. The first one is in the kitchen and the second one outdoors in the private balcony of the apartment. Bathroom has shower. Free hot water is supplied to bathroom and kitchen. TV set, hair dryer, mini safe and a clock radio can be found in the apartment. There are mosquito nets on doors and windows, ceiling fans and independent air-condition unit in each room. For families with babies, baby cot, high chair and blender are available. Free Wi-Fi is covering the area and a washing machine for common use can be found by the barbecue. The apartment is equipped with all cleaning tools and we deliver it clean. Perfect place for families with small children

We had a very restful holiday in beautiful surroundings with easy access to wonderful swimming.

Villa Oasis seaside vacation rental is located in the beginning of Kassandra, the western peninsula of Halikidiki. The point is ideal to start your day excursions to discover Kassandra, Sithonia, mount Athos and mount Holomontas in the mainland. The wildest nightlife, the most luxury resorts and the best cultural events of Halkidiki are less than 15km away. From our privet beach, up to the most crowded all day beach bars, and from the small romantic taverns, up to the famous summer festivals in Sani, Siviri and New Moudania, everything is so close.
Getting around
There are no restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance from Villa Oasis. You can find many shops in the near by villages of Nea Fokea and Nea Potidea, both 5km away. There is a bus stop 400m away but if you want to enjoy the most of your vacations in Halkidiki a car is necessary. There are many interesting places and magnificent beaches to visit around.
