We are delighted to be able to offer this modern three bedroom holiday home to rent. The house is nestled in the mountains near the popular town of Biescas. The surrounding Pyrenees mountains are spectacular in all seasons. Whether caked in snow or ablaze with sunshine, guests can enjoy 360-degree mountain views from the comfort of their armchair. The house is equipped with modern amenities and has free parking. There is a garage on-site which provides ample storage for equipment. Aso de Sobremonte is a beautiful place and it’s quite common to see eagles and deer roaming the area. There is a lovely park for the kids and plenty of walking routes to keep you occupied. One half is authentic and traditional, and local families still occupy many of the farmsteads. The duplex you will be staying in is part of the new development built in the late nineties. The entire village is rustic, welcoming, and is exceptionally well kept. The property feels isolated, and depending on the time of year, few other travellers are likely to bother you. It feels like an authentic getaway experience. In reality, it isn't that far from civilization as the town of Biescas is only a stone's throw away. There you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and all the other amenities one would need for a few weeks away in the Pyrenees Tourist License / Licencia de turismo N °: VU-HUESCA-19-136More

We stay in this little house for a few weeks in the summer every year and we love it. Aso is tiny secluded village near Biescas and Formigal. The house basic but clean and today and Matt makes us feel at home each year. There...More

About the neighbourhood
The property is extremely popular during the skiing season as it is a short 25-minute drive to the famous resort of Formigal. The snow can fall extremely heavy, which can sometimes mean the village is all but cut off until the snowplough makes its daily trip up and down the mountain. However, it is rare for the road to be closed entirely, but we do ask that drivers bring snow chains with them.
