This elegant & spacious 2 bedroom (140m2) apartment right next to the Arve river in Geneva is the perfect choice for families, couples or groups of friends traveling for business or pleasure. The area where the building is located is perfect: you can listen to the sound of the small waterfall in the Arve while going for a run or a walk along the river, close to the 12 and 15 tram stations, beautiful parks and grocery stores. Smoking is allowed only outside in the balcony. Please do not enter in the storage room at the end of the corridor because it is filled with some personal belongings. Please throw out the trash before you leave in the box right next to the elevator on the second floor. The dishwasher machine does not work so please do not put the dishes there. Please wash them in the sink before you leave. The dishwasher liquid is provided.

Not as expected

This apartment was not as described and this was very disapointing. As soon as we entered the apartment there was no light at the entry or in the hall way. The owner asked us to let her know about any problems we would encounter as...More

About the neighbourhood
This is a great area next to the Arve river with plenty of parks and beautiful nature, and only 7 min by walking to Carouge, an artsy neighborhood full of shops, cafes and great restaurants. The migros supermarket is only a 4 min walk and the nr 12 and 15 tram take you everywhere around Geneva.
Getting around
The nr 12 tram (blanche stop) takes you to Bel Air where you can walk by the lake and also do great shopping, while the 15 tram takes you to Cornavin train station and also to the UN.
