Villa ARTEMIS is located on the main road Skala-Poros between the SAN GEORGIO HOTEL and ASTERIS HOTEL and just 3 km. from the centre of Skala , 35 min. from the island's international airport (direct flights from the U.K) and 35 min. from the island's main port ,Sami (ferry from Patra mainland and from Italy ) .
Villa ARTEMIS , benefits from its own private pool, patio , mediterranean garden and from the fantastic sea view . It is a villa that is ideal for families,couples and friends with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Lovely villa with great pool and fantastic views!
3 spacious bedrooms (one twin, 2 double) and 3 bathrooms (1 shower had no door).
Nice kitchen and adequate living space - but most space outside.
Air conditioning very efficient in all rooms, and much needed.
Could have been slightly better equipped in kitchen, and a 'welcome pack' would have been nice - even just a bottle of water in the fridge! (We arrived late after a horrendous journey and had to go straight out to find a shop to buy basics at midnight!)
However towels and bedding changed regularly, and lovely friendly cleaner Stella checked on us most days.
It was quite a walk into the town - and uphill on the way back. Think you need a car for this villa.
We liked the beach on the way to Poros, and sandy Lordas beach (20 mins on way to Argostoli), but Skala beach good too. And the villa pool was ace, and cleaned regularly.
The nearby goats, with their bells, provided amusement!
Lots of nice restaurants and supermarkets. If you need to print boarding passes or anything BB's on main street is internet cafe with printer.
MUST visit Argostoli to see the sea turtles!

An excellent villa, well maintained and presented
Received great service per booking and during stay. Villa is lovely with 2 double beds and 1 twin room downstairs. Pool is lovely, lit at night and kept clean throughout the stay. Island is beautiful, with many beaches and fantastic scenery. Most beaches are stone/pebble, but although therefore requiring shoes (available in all the shops for 6 euro) it does mean you get crystal clear water. The local beach and one other is sandy.
You must have a car for this villa as the town is 2km away and the villa on a steep hill. Excellent range of restaurants in the town and even a couple about half way to he town.

fantastic villa
We loved our stay at the villa and would defo return. Only prob is it is not 1km from the centre of its more like 2km so car is a must.
The rooms were great as was the pool, would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Villa & pool ,perfect for our holiday
Villa Artemis is a lovely Villa, close to the town of Scala and within walking distant of lovely little beaches and swimming areas and great restaurants. The pool is fantastic for cooling off and sitting around to read, drink, eat and relax! Perfect position for visiting the rest of the island (car definitely required!), but close enough to walk to Scala for boat day trips and bars/restaurants if required. We even made use of the BBQ at the property as the weather was wonderful every day. A great place to stay for couples, groups or families.

Tennis and Spas are available in nearby hotels, while mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayak and trekking are within 30 minutes drive.The Drogarati Cave and the Melisani lake are just within 40 min. drive.

You can get to Kefalonia Island either by plane or by ferry.
There are direct flights from UK and other EU countries.
ARTEMIS villa is 40 min. drive from island's International Airport.
If you decide on travelling by car, you take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece).
Then you take the ferry to Sami (island's main port), about 3 hours trip.
ARTEMIS villa is about 35 min drive from the port of Sami.
Another option is to take the ferry from Kyllini mainland (1 hour drive from Patra) and arrive to the port of Poros, which is just 15 min drive to the ARTEMIS villa.
