This NEW apartment is situated in the grounds of a private cottage on its own land slightly higher than the cottage taking advantage of the wonderful sea views and the mountains above Puerto Calero. There is just a field between the sea and this property and just a field between the property and the start of Puerto Calero. One can fish from the rocks below and even swim from there if you are adventurous. The apartment has its own terrace with sunbeds and small table and 2 chairs. The interior of the apartment consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen., including full oven, ceramic hob etc. There is a 3 seater sofa plus another easy chair. There is a dresser and a tv unit with tv.
There is a separate dining area with sliding windows that face the sea.

The bedroom has a double bed with fitted bed head containing bookshelves, shelf etc. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The Wet Room is off the bedroom in which there is also a washing machine.
Everything in the apartment is new as is the apartment itself. It
is about 12 minutes walk from the lovely Puerto Calero Marina with its good restaurants and shops, including a small supermarket. There are also fishing trips, a water taxi to Puerto del Carmen (the main tourist resort), and a small tourist market Tuesdays and Fridays. If you like walking just walk across the field in front of you and there is a footpath where you can walk for miles in either direction just above the sea .
Location is lovely. Wonderful marina and excellent restaurants. Accommodation ideal as a base for exploring the island and going for long costal walks.

This couple were walkers and enjoyed walking along the coastal path both to Puerto de Carmen and in the opposite direction to Puerto Calero and then on to Playa Quemada. I enjoyed having them.

wieder im Alltag angekommen grinsen wir immer noch begeistert beim Gedanken an unseren Aufenthalt... das kleine Appartement ist absolut liebevoll eingerichtet und passt damit zu einer sehr herzlichen, schwer angenehmen und hilfsbereiten Bonny!!!!
Die Lage ist perfekt... herrlich ruhig und trotzdem in gehbarer Distanz zu Puerto del Carmen (45 Minuten) und Puerto Calero (15 Minuten) mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer... so schön!
Eins steht fest, sollten wir nochmal nach Lanzarote kommen dann wieder hier!!!

Thank you Bonny for a lovely stay in your apartment, the location just a short walk from Puerto calero marina which was great, little touches like putting the basics in the fridge was a real treat after our early morning flight, the apartment is very cosy we really loved it, thank you

Perfect relaxing retreat
This apartment is lovely and in a quiet area. Easy enough to walk to the marina for the bars and restaurants down the track during the day but would advise either a taxi back or you need a torch to walk back along the road if coming back at night. Well stocked kitchen and lovely vista from dining table. Bonny left a nice Welcome pack of food bread / butter / eggs / ham / milk and a bottle of bubbles. The shower in the wet room is excellent. The patio area is well equipped with table / chairs and beds. We would definitely stay here again.

Ruhiges Appartment in toller Lage
Sehr gemütliches und toll gestaltetes Appartement umgeben von Ruhe. Es ist vollständig eingerichtet. Kochen, Backen und sogar Wäschewaschen ist möglich. Auch sonst ist an alles gedacht, sodass wir uns, wie in einem sicheren Kokon, bestens erholen konnten. Das Apartment ist idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel mit einem Mietauto oder dem Bus zu erkunden (die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige 100m entfernt). Die Restaurants in Puerto del Carmen und Puerto Calero sind für bewegungsfreudige Menschen fußläufig erreichbar, was wir abends sehr oft genutzt haben. Bonney ist eine sehr angenehme, ausgeglichene Gastgeberin, die uns verständnisvoll genau die Ruhe verschafft hat, die wir gesucht hatten. Wir hatten das Gefühl bei herzlichen Freunden zu wohnen und hoffen bald wiederkommen zu können.

Suited us perfectly
We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic time. All the amenities you need together with a private yet convenient position. The owner is wonderful and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome.
Short walk to the marina in Puerto Calero and beautiful slightly longer walk along the rocky coastline to Puerto del Carmen.
We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and a lovely host.
The one-bed apartment with full kitchen and separate loo and wetroom is in a fab location with panoramic sea views and just a 2-minute walk to a well used shale cliff path which connects the 'old-town' of Puerto Del Carmen (40 mins walk from the apartment) with upmarket Puerto Calero (10 mins walk) and the charming fishing village of Quemada (40 mins walk). It's secluded and peaceful yet just 50 metres from a tarmaced road, with a 2 minute drive to Calero and 5 mins to Pto. Del Carmen. The apartment is totally self contained, with a private sunbathing patio and sits virtually on the roof of owner Bonnie's villa below. There's tranquillity day and night with a welcome cooling breeze wafting through the apartment. Private parking and 10-minutes' drive away is a brilliant Euro Spar supermarket used by the locals and with a fresh fish counter with good sized sea bass at 3-4 euros! Owner Bonnie, who moved from Kent to Lanzarote some 30 years ago is warm, friendly and a fount of local knowledge. We will return!

Lanzarote is becoming ´the`place for walkers and cyclists There are several well defined coastal paths now and bicycle lanes have been added to the main tourist resort Puerto del Carmen and more are being added all the time elsewhere. Lovely couple. I enjoyed their company at a barbecue.

attractive, well equiped, well maintained, comfortable apartment in excellent location
The apartment is 20 minutes by car from the airport, and a 10-15 minute walk to many good restaurants and cafes in the heart of the marina at Puerto Calero. The apartment is surrounded by fields and has good views in all directions, including the sea. It is peacefull, attractive, comfortable, well equiped and well maintained. We received a warm welcome on our arrival, and friendly advice on places to eat or to visit. We certainly hope to return.
