Villa Manuela is very spacious 3-bedroom luxury villa with a large terrace that hosts a private pool that can be heated in winter months (at an extra cost), a barbecue area, and private parking.
Inside, there is a spacious living room with a Smart TV including some English channels (ITV, BBC), and a large kitchen with all mod cons and a table perfect for parties of up to six people. The Master bedroom has lovely views to the pool area and hosts a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. Puerto Calero has 24h security surveillance.
Note: Please bear in mind that for the last year there has been a large developement of a commercial area 100 metres away from the house that might cause some noise during certain periods of time. This development is expected to be finished by the end of 2024. Please drop us a line if you'd like an update or need additional information

Great location, with comfortable rooms and excellent outdoor space. We enjoyed the shaded area in the heat of the day and the pool was fantastic.
Just a short walk into the not so hectic port area where a good collection of restaurants catered for all tastes.
Will be visiting again in the future and would book this villa without hesitation.

Expensive for what it delivers
Stayed here for 11 nights in June/July 2018, with a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids).
This villa is nice, with everything in the booking description available on site. It was clean and bright, plus it is very central to Puerto Calero (500 mars away). There were a few issues which I have with this place 1). there is no Air Con. 2). the heating cost for the pool (100 euro per week) is ridiculous given that it is set only to raise the temperature by 2 degrees. 3).Plus while we stayed here there was an issue with the en-suite toilet flushing, which made water coming into the bath tub.
For me, I wouldn't stay here again for the reason mentioned above. I wouldn't have really expected to run into any of the above hassle on holiday. Besides this Puerto Calero is a really dead town, with very little to do. It has a few nice restaurants and a shop, but it's a pretty expensive and boring place, to be honest.
When renting a Vila, I expect it to be nicer than home. This place has no feel to it at all, it's ok, but only just, no Wow factor at all. Doesn't really do it for me I'm afraid, plus the pool heating cost is outrageous, in my view.

Thank you for sharing your personal experience at Villa Manuela. All comments, good or bad, help us to improve our services which is our main goal.
Puerto Calero is a yacht harbour with some of the best restaurants of the area but for a busier nightlife you are only a 5 minute taxi ride away from Puerto del Carmen. We are sorry you did not like the area that much, many of our guests love the beauty and tranquility of Puerto Calero.
We would like to mention that we have improved and installed air conditioning at the villa.
With regards to the pool, the cost is additional and is offered to all of our guests however during the summer months we intend not to offer this unless requested. The terrace has the privilege of enjoying the sunshine during many hours causing the pool to be at a very nice temperature.
We apologize if you have experienced any inconveniences, we have been as responsive as possible during your stay trying to accomodate you to the best possible way.

A great location and a very nice Villa
The management company responsible for the villa are very efficient, organised, friendly and helpful. The villa is spacious and is a great place to spend your holiday in. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and a lovely welcome pack upon arrival. The bathrooms are large and both have showers. There is tons of space to store everything. The sofa is comfortable and room for 4 people to sit comfortably. There is a great space for drying your towels and clothes outside if needed. The location is super quiet and the Marina is a gentle 10 minute walk down and a slightly more energetic uphill walk back - perfect. The pool is wonderful, it needs to be heated (extra EURO 100) if off season and well worth it. The gardens are great and the nearby supermarkets are great. We preferred Lidl or Hiper Dino to the nearest one which is Euro Spar. The restaurants in the Marina are good and the views are lovely. We had our best meal in Azure, by miles. I definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Lovely Villa great location
Had a very relaxing stay at the villa which was fully equipped for all our needs. The pool was excellent and proved to be a main feature of our stay.
The location meant we had a 10 min walk to the lovely marina of Puerto Calero and its many different restaurants. The Indian Restaurant was a favourite :-). We really enjoyed this area for relaxing and eating.
All our questions and requests were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the small complimentary pack of essentials for our arrival, was really appreciated. Our impression of the owner/team who we dealt with was very customer focused.
All in all a great place and would have no hesitation to recommend.
