Not great. Sheets and towels had been stabbed by a knife! The garden palm tree was diseased and shedding a continuous shower of dead mealy bugs onto the pool, making it unusable

We love the villa which is why we keep returning
Due to Covid we have not visited the villa since 2020. A little painting internaly and externally is required. Worst was the crumbling masonry around the lower parts of some internal walls. Normally we would rate the villa as excellent but these items need addressing.

Der Empfang von Gina war äusserst freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus ist an einer guten Lage zum Hafen. Der Nachteil; gegenüber dem Hauseingang gibt es ein Hotel welches immer wieder Animation mit lauter Musik durchführt. Vor dem Haus (Sichtweise Richtung Meer) gibt es direkt unter der Terrasse zwei Baugruben! Im Nachbarhaus waren laute Engländer mit Kinder welche nachmittags sehr laut waren. Etwas weiter vorne war eine Baustelle auf welcher gearbeitet wurde. Das klingt jetzt etwas übel aber wir konnten es trotzdem geniessen. Wenn man aber wirklich Ruhe sucht, ist das wohl eher schwierig. Die Küche ist etwas knapp eingerichtet. Der Herd funktionierte eigentlich schon, bloss waren zwei Pfannen nicht für einen Induktionsherd geeignet und somit unbrauchbar. Kaffeemaschine gab es nur eine schmutzige kleine mit Filter. Klar wir waren meistens auswärts essen, somit für uns auch kein Problem.
Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig. Das kleine Zimmer ist kein Zimmer, dass ist ein Nebenraum von 6 m2! Die Nasszelle mit Dusche (Glastrennwand) hatte keinen Wasserdruck und konnte somit nicht benützt werden. Wir mussten also im Bad duschen. Sämtliche Fenster und Türen klemmen. Bei starkem Wind (gibt es halt in Lanzarote) hat es sogar das Tor zum Parkplatz aufgerissen. Der Pool wurde nicht oder kann nicht geheizt werden, somit war es zu kalt um schwimmen zu gehen. Zu zweit finde ich das Haus ok mit den genannten Einschränkungen.
