Incredible villa, the best we’ve ever stayed in

This villa is absolutely incredible! The photos do not do it justice at all, it is huge with marble floors everywhere. It was immaculately clean with plenty of towels, handwash, kitchen cleaning products and more than enough crockery and cutlery and glasses. The pool was large and warm enough without paying for heating, the pool guy came every couple of days and we had a mid stay change of bedding and towels. We hired a car which was useful for shopping trips although the supermarket in Puerto Calero was well stocked and not as expensive as other reviews had indicated! The manager was on hand to answer any queries and we would definitely return!

Fantastic luxurious villa

I booked this villa for my husbands 60th birthday, for 10 people, consisting of family & friends, as soon as you enter the villa you’re impressed, everything is of high quality & a few surprises too, which weren’t included in the description/pics namely a huge dressing room & bar! The communication at the time of booking up until arrival was exemplary, however we had a few hiccups upon arrival, as one of the aircon units was not working in a bedroom, therefore it hadn’t been made up & as this hadn’t been communicated we spent time trying to work it & when I communicated this back it wasn’t received as well as I expected, perhaps language barrier, anyway after a few emails & requesting a fan all was resolved! The owner actually visited us on my husbands birthday with a beautiful cake, which was a lovely touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the villa, the Marina is a 5 minute walk away with plenty of beautiful restaurants & bars. Taxis are a bit of a nightmare if you do want to visit elsewhere, however the bars at the Marina will call you one if you’re having a drink. We would definitely book the villa in the future.
