This home is very spacious and offers a large terrace with barbecue and pool with stunning views of the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. We have a reliable wifi connection reaching approx. 30 Mbps, ideal for working remotely from home. The pool will receive a weekly visit by the maintenance team.

Puerto Calero is one of the best areas to stay on the island, good local environment paired with locals and visitors from the rest of Europe, offers tranquillity and a very good variety of cuisine in a sophisticated atmosphere between yachts.
WELCOME:
We request your arrival information in order to organise your check in. Whenever it is possible for us, we welcome our guests at the door of the house. There we complete a brief check in form, we give you a welcome pack (water, milk, packets of coffee and tea, cookies, crackers, ½ bottle of wine from Lanzarote and a cleaning kit) along with a welcome letter with personal recommendations of the island along with helpful information and telephone numbers. We are available when needed to resolve any questions you may have and we remain at your disposal 24 hours for anything you need. Check in from 15.00h / Check out until 11.00h
FIXED CLEANING FEE:
The house comes with fresh clean sheets, fresh bath towels, beach towels and tea towels. In the bathroom: hand soap, moisturiser dispenser and gel/shampoo dispenser. Additionally we leave an extra set of bath towels and sheets. This cleaning service carries a fixed charge shown on the reservation but if you wish for extra cleaning services during the stay please just ask us for more information/prices.
CAR RENTAL:
I recommend you hire a rent a car before coming to Lanzarote as there is a high demand. We work with a strong company on the island, for your booked dates I can organise and book your car with special conditions, included tax fees, free cancellation, no deposit fee required, full insurance, no fuel charge, unlimited kilometres and a second driver included. If you would like me to arrange the rent a car booking, all I would need is your flight details.

Everything possibly needed was provided. A well thought out villa to suit any discerning guest. I'm not easily pleased , but Villa Del Puerto ticked all the boxes. Will definitely stay again.

Peaceful
We are just home after 12 days in this Villa,Unlike other review I have no issues with the furniture and the bed was extremely comfortable,Andreas came and sorted the television for us ,Yes the back of pool is not safe for young children but It is very nice and great view,With all the lovely china ornaments inside I would shudder to think what damaged an un supervised child would do.My only wish would be that due to the high rental of this property it would be nice if maybe a basic sky package or itv and bbc put in place other than that I would say go for it!! You will come home very relaxed,It is beautiful and pool area is beautiful and I am fussy.

Great location and very relaxing
We stayed at the villa for a week in March. it is located a couple of minutes from the centre of Puerto Calero and is in a very quiet location but within easy access of everything. Andreas and Sara were really helpful and gave us loads of tips on where to go and what to do. The villa is big with lovely outdoor space and perfect for sitting around relaxing, enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a drink on the terrace in the evening. The interior is bright and airy.

Mixed review
We have mixed feelings on this villa. Location and views were lovely. The villa itself is dated, the kitchen is shabby and the furniture is of a cheap quality. There was also no wifi. The garden is dangerous if you have children, the balustrade at the end of the garden is wide open and there is a sheer drop at the other side. Full on sun all day was great but there is no shaded area and the parasol was broken. On the plus side Andres and Sarah on the management team sorted us out with a new parasol and were very helpful when we couldn't get the tv to work
All in all money must be spent on the interior to bring it into this century and the end of the garden needs to be made secure. Not worth the money paid
