The front terrace comes with a folding glass table and four folding chairs, weighted parasol base and and parasol large enough to keep most of the terrace in the shade. Always a nice breeze outside.
There is a fibre optics connection for internet and television.
I do not live on site. I bought the apartment as my holiday home and hope that guests will enjoy staying there as much as I do, every chance I get to spend a week or two. If I can't check you in, you will be met by the cleaning lady who lives nearby.
No smoking inside. There is a covered terrace at the back and an open one at the front if you need to light up.
Please note that I am required by the police to declare your stay on the Catalan hotel registry. I will need your full names, M / F, dates of birth, passport information (country, number, date of issue). Please do not request a booking if you are unwilling to provide the information.

Gracias por esta observación. Con las reformas despues de comprar el piso, hice poner cubos de vidrio para dar más luz en la habitación, pero, es verdad que queda oscura . . .

A lovely apartment in an excellent location.
This was a lovely, clean apartment minutes away from the main square in Vilanova and many bars and shops. The town is delightful with beautiful beaches. Easily accesible by train from the airport as the train station is close by. Peter was a friendly and helpful host.

Awesome location!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Vila Nova. The location of the unit was central to all our needs, i.e.: the train station for a 45 minute ride to Barcelona, the Rambla for our evening stroll and the market for our food shopping. There is no traffic on the street, which ensures a quiet evening. Very clean and well maintained unit. Very pleased with our stay and the owners efforts to ensure our comfort. This was my first experience renting a unit for an extended stay and will definitely be doing this again.

A pleasant place in a pleasant little town next to Barcelona...
It was, what we were searching for, when we planned our family vacation. And this flat fulfilled our expectations. Villanova i la Geltru is a still, small catalan city, only a thin hour train trip to Barcelona. The trains go every half hour, the beach is lovely sand.
The flat is in the city center, comfortable, clean, not to big but just suitable for 4 persons. The bedrooms are a bit dark, but the beds are very comfortables. It is on the 4. floor, the lack of elevator was disturbing only at the beginning. The shops for the daily bread, milk, etc are only one remove. The contact with the owner was simple, and correct, he cleared everything in email and answered my questions. His neighbor gave us the keys, helped us to take the flat, showed the possibilities of shopping, etc, she was really kind.
We were satisfied with our 1 week stay in this rental.

Pleasant stay in Vilanova
Comfortable modern accomodation with balconies and well equipped. On fourth floor and there is no lift, no problem for us but the stairs wouldn't be for everybody.
