Hosts wonderful, friendly, informative regarding local sites and experiences. Cottage warm, very clean, and fully equipped for our stay. Welcoming a wonderful experience-bottle of wine was a very nice touch. All locals are friendly and understanding. Everything is very enjoyable.

Derbies cottage is located between West Malling and East Malling near the towns of Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and Maidstone, in the small hamlet of Well Street. Noted for it's 7 listed medieval houses and being included in the Domesday book, Well street is a quiet and peaceful conservation area.
