Parking for 1 car just behind caravan. Fridge and separate freezer. HD television with Freeview and built in DVD player. Plenty of lounge seating and separate dining area. Separate WC to main bathroom. Very clean and tidy and all crockery and pans and utensils supplied. We provide towels and bed linen if required at an extra cost of £25 person.

About the neighbourhood
The traditional seaside resort of Leysdown-on-sea is situated towards the east side of the Isle of Sheppey on Kent's north coast. As a well established seaside town there are all the facilities you would expect; shops, cafes, amusements and the likes. The beach at Leysdown is a long stretch of sand backed by a wide promenade and sea defences. Access is via steps and ramps which are suitable for less able visitors.
As a winner of the Blue Flag award you can be sure of clean safe bathing, but this also means there is a dog ban in force.
