    Luxury show home in a quiet village location, excellent facilities.
    Idyllic rural retreat situated on the banks of a small lochan. Loch Manor used to be a fishery so the loch is full of brown trout which attracts wild life such as herons to feed. Perth is 9 miles away and the village of Auchterarder is 4 miles away. There are 2 pubs within walking distance who serve excellent food and real ales. Dunning golf course is 5 minutes away. Perfect central location to explore the Perth and Kinross area.
    Outdoor living space right on the water, spacious and light interior with full glass frontage to maximise the view.
    Designated dog walk around the loch.

    Stayed for 4 days at the end of March. Lodge is pure luxury and has everything you could possibly need and more. Owner Lindsay left us a welcome tray of delicious goodies including homemade jam & shortbread, such a lovely touch. Location of lodge right on the loch is stunning and wraparound decking is a little sun trap. Added bonus...

    What a fabulous lodge! Spotlessly clean, spacious & very welcoming as well as being extremely well equipped. We felt so comfortable... it really was a most relaxing memorable stay. Views over Loch watching the birds an added bonus as was welcome pack with amazing shortbread & raspberry jam. Highly recommend & a definite 5*****’s. from us. Thank you.

    Dunning has the Dupplin Stone now housed in St Serf’s Church, Dunning, Perthshire, this masterpiece of Christian sculpture once stood as a key feature of the Pictish royal palace at Forteviot. Among the elaborate carvings on all four faces are armed men, hunting dogs and the biblical King David playing the harp. A much-eroded inscription in Latin relates to the powerful Pictish king Constantín.
    Auchterarder is 4 miles away and is known as the 'lang toun' or long town, a name derived from its extended high street which runs for over a mile and eventually links with the neighbouring village of Aberuthven. This is the longest main street in Scotland.
