Escaping Scottish Winter
Arrived last day of Jan. until beginning of May to avoid a Scottish Winter. Delighted to find a spotlessly clean and comfortable apt. in a secure building with a generous enclosed furnished terrace for sunbathing and eating al fresco. It is wonderfully close to the beach. The Tuesday market is literally on the corner and the supermarket is close by. Lots of Restaurants and Bars close at hand. A little hiccup with the Wi-fi was dealt with quickly. An ideal location I am happy to recommend.

Amazing 😉
Well wasn’t sure what to expect when taxi drew up but was pleasantly surprised! Great spacious apartment with large outside area had everything that we could possibly need including a barbecue. Javiers parents were lovely and gave us a warm welcome even though there was a bit of a language barrier we got there 😄 I would definitely use this apartment again if visiting Murcia and would recommend it. Short 10 minute walk to beach which was lovely, a 20 minute walk to the strip or 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the more Spanish based area where the Tuesday market also takes place. Pepes tapas bar is at end of the street and he is so friendly. We also took the tourist train ride which goes between the strip and the old town 👍 We also hired some bikes. Overall a great holiday! 😄 Ps Thankyou Javiers dad for taking us to the airport it was very kind of you.

Fabulous apartment and close to beach.
Lovely apartment, in a lovely area. Unfortunately no English tv, but not a major problem. A bit of a communication problem on arrival, but we managed. The Tapas bar was fantastic, which is literally on the doorstep, Pepe was great and very friendly!

Thank you for taking the time to make this comment, I am sorry that you had a problem to get to the apartment. Regarding the television in English I feel they had a problem but we have television in English and we are waiting for us to install optical fiber and have more English channels.

Excellently located apartment, 400 metres from the beach and the Mar Menor.
This apartment did everything it said on the tin. We were 400 metres from the beach and the Mar Menor, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, parks, real Spanish Market 2 streets away. Restaurants with entertainments every night like Flamenco, Opera, Jazz etc, children welcome. We had our pick of places to eat and drink in. The area is very flat and easily walkable and easy for bicycles. A real touch of Spain as the apartment is in a Spanish area. Everything you need is in the apartment even a barbecue and washing machine and dryer. Excellent.

Perfect, Tranquil, Immaculate
Second time this year we've stayed at Javier's apartment. Just perfect for our needs, so peaceful but still close to beach & restaurants. Really enjoy the atmosphere of the weekly street market and the street art on every corner. The apartment is immaculate, well equipped and spacious. We will be back 2018!!

Excellent place owner is lovely
Myself & my family stayed here for a week it has everything you could possibly need. The beach is not even a 5 minute walk & there is a supermarket for all your needs a 4 minute walk also an American diner at the top of the road which has lovely food & staff. Would highly recommend this area there is also a Chinese restaurant a 10 minute walk away. In all I'm very happy and would definitely want to stay here again. Has a washing machine if you also want to do all your holiday washing before home which I did :) we ate out of the apartment all the time as my mum lives nearby but if you wanted to eat there is plates bowls cooking utensils and everything you would need but it's nice to have a walk to the beach for breakfast. In all I can't rate this place enough :)

Un apartamento estupendo.
Buenas tardes, todo lo que puedo decir de este apartamento es bueno. Está todo muy nuevo, es amplio, muy limpio y no le falta ningun detalle para que la estancia sea pefecta. Pero sin ninguna duda lo mejor ha sido el trato recibido por los padres de Javier (el propietario), han sido amabilisimos y encantadores, les queremos dar las gracias por su paciencia y estar dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo momento. Un saludo y recomiendo este apartamento 100%.

wonderful accommodation
Immaculate apartment, great outside space, nice quiet location but still close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We had a fabulous time - Thanks Javier, Marie and Javier's Dad - See you again in September!
