There are 6 sunbeds which include 2 that can be taken down to the pool. Pool/Beach towels are not provided. Roda Golf is unique in that it caters for everyone not just golfers.
A car is recommended however there are 4 supermarkets within a 25 minute walk. You can walk to both the beach where there are plenty of water sports available and to the main strip where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. It is safe to swim in the Mar Menor as there are no currents and you can walk out 50 meters and only just cover your waist . There is average an sea temperature of 26 degrees during the summer months. You can even enjoy the famous mud baths at San Pedro Del Pinatar a 15 minute drive from the apartment. As the Mar Menor is a protected area of Mediterranean importance and is a special protection area for bird life you will not be surrounded by high rise hotels or apartments. It truly is a very special place that I know once you go you will be back.

The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The only negative was the air conditioning which ran out three times during our stay. Each time the local agent was very quick to arrive with top up cards but it was still annoying! The golf resort is a lovely place for a holiday even though we are not golfers. The swimming pools are very well maintained and very inviting but the best part for me was definitely the roof terrace. We will be returning!

Everything we wanted
A comfortable and clean apartment in a superb location with excellent views. The whole layout was very good from the inside right up to the solarium. The stairs leading to the solarium are very safe not like some stairs on other apartments. The owners, Steve and Suzanne were very helpful and the property management services provided useful information and were very easy to contact. There was a plentiful supply of linen and kitchen items which do mean a lot when staying in apartments. From the solarium we were able to watch the 'Spanish' Red Arrows doing displays on St Columbus Day which added to the enjoyment. Sitting eating lunch or having a drink on the solarium with views going for miles was excellent. a car is a good idea for anyone staying there but for anyone who enjoys walking everything is easily accessible. There are several shops and restaurants within easy reach. And of course for golfers there is the Roda golf course that is well worth playing even though challenging. We loved the golfing ornaments in the apartment. Another thing we loved was being able to put our golf bags in the spacious hall and not having them in the bedrooms. Thank you Steve and Suzanne.

Summer holiday
What an awesome apartment, located on the second floor with views of the mar menor one side, golf course another and the town of Roda and farmers at the rear. The apartment was a good size for six people. One large room with on suite and two smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All windows had fly/mossy nets which was good for the days we stayed at the apartment/complex. The shared pool was one of the biggest I’ve seen on the complex and the solarium at the top was spacious with speakers and amplifier and enough seating with extra lighting.
One of the better apartments I’ve been in on the Roda complex.

Relaxing stay
Real nice apartment
Everything you need for a relaxing break
Very Clean with all mod cons
Lovely roof terrace
Definitely will book again
Not a massive issue but Bidet did not work
And the manager who greeted us said aircon
Had no credit but if we wanted it he would put some credit on .I should not have to ask if advertised with aircon.

Thank you for your review. We have arranged for the bidet to be looked at and are sorry it wasn't working. The Aircon is from past experience only usually needed on during July and August and it is metered to prevent it being left on all day but it is acknowledged that guests have different requirements and that is why Mike asked you if you wanted the meter on. We are glad you had a nice time.

Fantastic Apartment
Great penthouse, very clean and well presented. On 2nd floor but had a lift if preferred. 10 minute walk to the club house if you walk through the complex as opposed to the road. 40 minute walk to main strip in Los Alcazares. Cycle hire available at Roda Golf. The roof terrace was fantastic with great views. Wifi was fast.

Lovely family stay
Beautifully furnished and well equipped 3 bed apartment with an amazing roof terrace which had fantastic views of the mar menor and la manga. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival with bathroom towels supplied . Plenty of room for entertaining as we had family staying in other apartments in the resort.

Another great stay in this lovely spacious apartment. Great weather, although windy on a few days. Surprisingly enough restaurants open in Feb, that we did not eat in the same place twice. Apartment very clean and well laid out with great facilities. A fab week, will definately return.

Roof terrace heaven
A lovely extremely well appointed apartment with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was very clean and all the beds were made up ready. Two shower rooms, one en suite with nice powerful showers an plenty of hot water. The hidden secret of this apartment is the upstairs roof terrace which has four sturdy sun beds two reclining chairs,a lovely shaded area with comfy furniture and a skid seated dining area for the BBq that we had on one nights do most importantly the sun all day. It is a short walk to the swimming pool,which you do need to wear an identity band for as all the pools are private and just for the use of the residents. We did have a car, however it is a pleasent35 min walk to los alcazares "strip",but well worth it for the numerous bars and restaurants there.....we certainly ate well. Again highly recommended and we will definitely return.
