Perfect Stay
Good location to all amenities just a 10 minute walk to the square where all the bars and restaurants are. Then a 5 minute walk further on to the beach which has a promenade where you can walk either way, there are a few beachside bars along the way. Its perfect if you don't want any stag or hen groups, with a few nice restaurants, Hemmingway's, Little Sicily and Rosalind's Roof Garden Restaurant which are very good but its a good idea to book. You should try the New Sibaret pub owned by Astrid, serves really nice drinks. El Patio 2 is good which is just at end of the road. There is also bike hire its just before you come to El Patio 2 on the left heading from the apartment, he has a board outside and he's the cheapest 8 euros for 24 hours and he's very nice. The apartment if lovely and very secure also has a safe, there's everything you need in the apartment from hats, books and shopping bags for the supermarket! there is a Lidle and 2 other supermarkets all within walking distance. Pool area is lovely and clean and relaxing and there's some good relaxing chairs/sunbeds in the apartment that we took to the pool. the apartment is nice and clean and you get the sun until it goes down in the evening on the roof terrace, nice with a drink in hand! would definitely go back and would recommend this apartment.

Perfect Stay!
Had a lovely 5 night break here in Los Alcazares. Amazing Penthouse. Plenty of space, super clean and well equipt. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Beds very comfy and plenty of towels and beach towels too.
Two areas of outside space to catch the sun or shade throughout the day. The roof terrace is the hidden gem!
Great communications with owner and the lovely key holder, both very accommodating.
Close to many shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 min walk to the gorgeous beach and the beautiful sea.
Highly recommend a stay here, definitely 5 star!

Highly recommended
Brilliant location. Very close to the airport, so you would pay approximately 12 Euro. The complex is secured with a car park available. Less that one minute to the swimming pool which is brilliant for adults and separated for kids. Life guard was there every single day.
Apartment very modern, clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner and agency brilliant with quick response. There is a lot of markets where you can buy some food and cloths. Every night there is a night market next to Lidl shop which is 15 minutes max walking distance. Tuesday market is towards the beach. Behind Lidl is a Chinese restaurant where you pay nearly 10 Euro and eat as much as you want. Lovely food.
You can grab a boot for 10 Euro with return to get to La Manga and spend day there.
I would highly recommend this place and some of my friend are planning to go there next year. We had a fantastic holiday there. Thank you!

NOT TO BE MISSED! 5*
We had the good fortune to spot this little gem on Trip Advisor. This being my first time renting independent of travel agents, suffice to say I had my concerns........... Well, I had nothing to fear! The owners have taken time and given consideration to their clients to ensure a lovely relaxed homely feel to the apartment. From quoting to booking, arriving and departing the property, the owners ensured we were comfortable with the apartment and nothing was left to chance. The attention to every minute detail is unsurpassed, the owners are very accommodating and replies to enquiries without hesitation.....all in all, very easy.
The apartment is a 5 minute taxi ride from San Javier Airport, based in a quiet urbanisation.
On arrival we were met by Jo who talked us through the property: air con/washing machine etc, she too left her contact details if required.
Once settled, we wandered down to the main square which again is a leisurely 5 minute stroll. Here we found, restaurants in abundance alongside a Mercadona (supermarket).
We were all delighted with the relaxed vibe of the area. A stroll through the square and within 2 minutes the beach is right in front of you. This has to be the nicest little beach by a long shot. It's relaxed, families enjoying their time together and although it's October sunbathers catching some autumn rays.
But I digress, back to the apartment, it's clean! It's very comfortable! Well laid out, well furnished, has BBC /ITV/Channel 4 & 5 ITVBE etc... it has a dvd player & WIFI!! Washing machine & fridge freezer, microwave are all to be found in the kitchen alongside every utensil known to man!!
It literally is a 'home from home'.
The beds are fabulous, we all enjoyed a restful nights sleep, wardrobes that 4 women couldn't fill, even after a major shopping spree in Cartagena....lol.
Showers are easy to operate & powerful. The upper terrace is simply fantastic housing a patio table and chairs with 2 sun loungers for those afternoon naps.
Ultimate question.... would I recommend ? Without hesitation, its a lovely apartment set within a lovely seaside town, whats not to like. Loved it so much, we've already booked it for next year :)

Tranquilidad, comodidad y gran atención a los detalles
Hemos disfrutado de una placentera estancia en este apartamento, la urbanización es tranquila y cerca de muchos servicios además de fácilmente accesible desde la autovÃa, tanto los propietarios como las personas de contacto han sido muy agradables, cariñosos y serviciales con nosotros. La casa cuenta con muchos detalles como toallas, sombrillas, juegos de mesa, y explicaciones en cartelitos del uso de llaves, wifi... La piscina es amplia y muy segura para los niños con un amplio horario de uso. Las terrazas de la casa son perfectas para compartir una comida o cena con amigos, sin duda un lugar para repetir.

Amazing stay!
I went to this apartment in May with a friend for a 4 day long stay and it was such a lovely holiday.
The apartment is super clean and and spacious and has all the things you could need - fab kitchen space, comfortable living room, and the choice of 2 outdoor seating areas which is great as it means you never miss a moment of the sunshine!
The surrounding area is great for all types of holidays, wether you want to relax or explore. You can rent bikes and cycle down the coast or just chill on the beach with a cocktail. Then in the evenings there are so many options for food you are literally spoilt! We pretty much had every cuisine going when we went and every meal was spot on.
All in all an amazing place to stay, wether with family or friends! Can't recommend enough.

As Good As It Gets.....
Only 3 minutes drive from the airport, 800 meters to the beach and 400 meters to the main strip of beautiful restaurants and bars that are all very reasonably priced. A Gated, secure, private and outstandingly presented group of community apartments. Very quiet on a night, I slept right through every night.
The apartment is just as described, very clean, well furnished and spacious with a beautiful private terrace, particularly useful if like me you want an 'all over tan'. Wi-Fi, air con, TV, Satellite channels, washer....everything worked great, The pool area is perfect for families with a smaller pool for kids or like us a group of friends on a lazy break.
The beach is fantastic with cheap bars only feet away. The sea is only 2 feet deep and so is very warm and perfect to bathe in.
Strongly recommend The Garden bar only 4 minutes walk away, great food, cheap drink and ideal for any age group.
Will definitely be going next year.........if there is a vacancy!!!

A Really Nice Apartment!
This apartment is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. A genuine home from home. We loved the rooftop solarium, which we used to laze in the sun and have some meals. Satellite tv and internet connection all worked well. The apartment is in a residential complex - we didn't hear any noise from anywhere . The apartment is in a great location as its only a few minutes walk to the main square where there are lots of bars and restaurants and a large supermarket. Communications with the owner and collecting the keys were excellent and without problem. I highly recommend the place!
