Could be better
Wonderful location, lovely flat. However it is soulless and tired. Our first two weeks it was absolutely stifling in the living area as the air con out of order - which also meant as weather changed to cold in the evening, there was no means of heat. Not that one would have cared to stay in as the sofa was so uncomfortable and the lights in the living area - two ceiling lights and not one lamp - was so bad we couldn’t read. No bedside lamps apart from main bedroom, but that a small and flimsy plastic. If this flat was cheered up with a coat of paint , better lighting and seating and air con that worked, Margarita could certainly charge more. Perhaps even just charge for the air con or heating? The location would still sell it. (There was a notice on the door reminding one to turn off Heating - ?.)

Excellent location
Just returned from our stay in this lovely apartment in Los Alcazares with fantastic sea views and easy access to the beach. The owner Margarita was great even when we locked ourselves out and she had to travel from Murcia to let us in A must is the Wolf beach bar right outside who do an excellent breakfast small or large and do great snacks throughout the day. Andrew at the bar seems to know everyone both English and Spanish and has a wealth of local knowledge if you need any advice re resturaunt or places to go A really enjoyable stay, will definitely return

Excellent stay in Los Alcazares
Beautiful apartment with stunning views from the balcony. Everything was as described and communication with Margarita was excellent. Hope to return one day. We loved our stay here! Thank you so much Margarita!

What a view!!
The location is amazing...everything the photos promised! A beach bar right in front of us,beautiful gentle beach, prom going for about 2 miles, easy 10 min walk either way to restaurants etc...The appartment is modern, well equiped , light bright and airy... and the view across to La Manga is fab!. Great communication with Margarita... in Spanish only!! (Google translate worked well for us with the booking process!!) The third bedroom is a single with a pull out underneath, but then the door won't open....but fine for use as a single... The only downside, for us, was the municipal workmen noisily sweeping up the Plaza at 7 am on Sunday morning....On Monday the electrician was drilling at 9 am.....Wednesday 7 am sweeping again....Still, siesta was invented for a reason!!
