A fantastic ground floor apartment on the exclusive Roda Golf & Beach Resort, perfect for families and golfers. Furnished to a very high standard with air conditioning and central heating, there is also 24 hour security. There is a shared communal swimming pool available to residents. The golf course is a spectacular 18-hole, par 72 PGA golf course designed by Dave Thomas, one of the worlds most prestigious golf course designers. With beautiful landscaped areas and a wide range of services offering its residents all the comforts and facilities to provide the perfect holiday. Within 5 minutes by car and a 25 minute walk is the town of Los Alcazares which has many good quality restaurants, bars and the beautiful 7km beach of Los Narejos.

Great place to get away to
The flat was well located. It has a gorgeous communal pool which was never over crowded. My step father loved the golf course. The food was also very good at the restaurant. It was easy to get into town with lots of shops and restaurants. The flat itself was spacious abs clean and had everything we needed. World definitely recommend.

Roda Golf
Lovely ground floor apartment,very private garden terrace,two brand new sun beds,pool is a few steps away and lovely and quiet and well maintained .However a car is definitely needed as it’s a 25 minute walk to main gate and taxis can difficult to get and quite expensive ranging from €6 to €12 to get 525 plaza. Communication with the owner was excellent and would definitely return.

Super departamento y super vacaciones. Todo perfecto
Acabamos de pasar dos semanas en este departamento y fueron 15 dias de lujo. El resort esta muy bonito, muy limpio, y bien mantenido. Es muy grande el desarollo y dispone de muchisimas albercas entonces no hay demasiado gente en cada picina. De noche como de dia, esta muy tranquilo y seguro. perfecto para familias. Todo esta muy cerca (comercios, restaurantes, playas,...) Los proprietarios son muy amables y el contacto fue muy facil mismo con la barrera del idioma. Todo perfecto gracias Stuart !

We have visited Roda a couple of times now, the apartment has all you need and is very clean. The property is ground floor and has a private terrace, this was a bonus as we could sit out in the evening! The pool was very close by and was a good size. The bar at the club house does great food and is very relaxed. We have booked again for later in the summer! We normally hire a car then we have the best of both worlds, as some days you just want to chill by the pool. Fab base to explore from and a great vineyard not too far away! Would definately reccomend as a relaxed break in the sun.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment , booking and all the arrangements were all done very easy and professional. Tha apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything required for a relaxing stay . Would definantly return .

excellent location
This is a really good nicely decorated air conditioned apartment on a great golf course. (Try the club house for excellent food) Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a fully fitted kitchen. Ideal for two couples or a couple with two children. It is ground floor and has a lovely part shaded patio. The swimming pool is just a few yards away. This apartment is very near Murcia airport and situated close by are good shops and restaurants. Also easy access if you want to go to Murcia town, Cartegena, La Manga etc. The Mar Menor is just a few minutes away with lovely sandy beaches and more restaurants and bars.

About the neighbourhood
LOS ALCAZARES is a busy Spanish resort on the Mar Menor Lagoon, with a vast array of shops restaurants, cafes and banks. There is a small shopping mall within a 5 minute drive with a small supermarket, a variety of shops, cafes and a cinema. The town also holds a market on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. A short ride away is the beach area with a tiled, palm-lined promenade running alongside the Mar Menor Lagoon. Further along the promenade you will come to a more lively beach area with sun beds and pedalos and further along to Los Alcazeres, a popular resort with a sandy beach, bars, cafes and shops. The whole area is very flat and is ideal for cycling or just walking. For Roda residents there will be a shuttle bus provided to the nearby ferry service, from there it's just a short sail across the beautiful waters of the Mar Menor Roda Golf Course is a superb 18 hole, par 72, golf course designed by Dave Thomas and offering the services of golf professional Sam Torrance. It is the first course in Murcia to attain the ISO 14.001 environment award. The clubhouse is managed by the prestigious De Vere group. The clubhouse overlooks a large lake and serves a variety of drinks and food, a lovely place to relax. Take a look at www.rodagolfcourse.com. The area around Los Narejos is full of lively small resorts and historical towns. From Los Alcazares pier you can take boat trips to nearby islands, view the Mar Menor by night,or perhaps take a BBQ trip. Apart from Roda Golf you have Torre-Pacheso which is 15 minutes away by car and La Manga Golf, which is 20 minutes by car plus many other well known golf courses within easy reach.

The resort is just 25 minutes from the new airport at Corvera and costs around €25 in a taxi. Ryanair, EasyJet and jet2 all fly here from various locations. Alicante Airport is only 45 minutes away by car. There are many airlines that fly here including British Airways, BMI baby, Easyjet, Monarch, Thompson and Airtours.
