The highlight of our apartment is the spacious roof terrace which overlooks the golf course & the pool, and has beautiful views to the mountains and the sea. Enjoy private sunbathing on the 6 sun-loungers, or retreat under the Pergola for shade when required! The roof terrace also has a Gas BBQ and 6 seated table for relaxed al fresco dining There is also a terrace outside the living area, with a 6-seated dining table, a retractable sun shade, and a staircase leading to the roof terrace.
While the roof terrace is our main attraction, the interior of the apartment will not disappoint! The apartment is fully equipped & beautifully furnished with many 'little extras' to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably. Each bedroom has twin beds, but the Master Bed twins can be converted to a King size bed if required, so it is suitable for couples, families, or groups. Each bedroom also has built in wardrobes, and window shutters. The Master bedroom has a luxury marble en-suite and there is another bathroom off the entrance hall.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons & many extras.
The Living and dining areas are beautifully furnished, and have a large patio door to the terrace, where there is another 6-seat dining table.
There is also a secure underground parking space, and storage unit, with access to the stairs & lift.
Wifi is included in the rental fee.

Cleaning Fee €100 Payable to key-holder on arrival.
6 Pool Bands/1 card supplied must be available for inspection at the pool. Owners are charged €20 per replacement band/card, so any losses will have to be deducted from the Security Deposit.
Guests using the BBQ are responsible for cleaning it afterwards. Failure to do so will result in €25 deduction from your deposit, as it's not included in the Cleaning Fee, and the Cleaners charge separately for this. Your co-operation is appreciated.
The Apartment was quite perfect. Very well stocked for everything - especially large shower towels- beach towels available and everything you expect provided. Including charging adapters- beach chairs if needed and plenty more. Good washing machine and small dishwasher. The rooftop had shade and well appointed. The pool was adjacent to the property.
The balcony off the living area was a good size, with a retractable shade.
Altogether an excellent experience and quiet location. We thoroughly recommend it!

HOME FROM HOME
All we needed was our toiletre s and clothes, the beach towels were provided and even bikes so didn't need to hire. Nothing too much trouble for viv the apartment lovely and clean.
Would Highley recommend we had a problem with the kettle which was ressolved with in the hour.

Home from home - but with sun and a pool...
Firstly let me say the Vivienne, (the owner), is an wonderful communicator and she provides a very comprehensive document which lists absolutely everything you need to stay in the resort/apartment. My family and i have stayed on Roda in numerous other accommodations and Vivienne was by far the most complete host we have experienced.
The apartment is in a great location and is very secure and spacious for a family to enjoy. The pool is right next to the building and the roof terrace is an absolute dream to relax on with a nice beverage or two. The apartment has everything you will need from a plethora of kitchen utensils, cooler boxes and even lots of 3 pin Uk plug adapters. It really is marvelously convenient. Also Vivienne allowed us the use of two bikes in the under ground car park lockup - which was a great way to see Roda from another perspective.
Overall this is the best apartment we have stayed in on Roda, thanks to the careful attention of the owners. i wont hesitate to book again. Thanks Vivienne.

Had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this penthouse apartment. The owner was more than helpful re communication and providing so much helpful information. The apartment is very well stocked with all you need. Even beach towels were provided. Every cooking utensil etc. My only critique which is very picky is there is only one large 3 seater sofa. As a family of 5 we all struggled to sit on this together. I feel as the apartment sleeps 6 it could do with another small
Sofa or armchair. Plenty of space to sit on the balcony and rooftop terrace and a dining table and chairs indoors also. The apartment is in a nice location and Roda complex is clean and very well landscaped. I hired a car which was a must. Overall extremely happy with this comfortable and spacious apartment and I would stay again.

We ordered an extra large couch as we had stayed in a few apartments that had 2 couches and we felt it was a bit cramped, but I understand your point. On our next visit I will see if we can find a couple of comfy chairs that don't take up too much space.

Great apartment very clean
Stayed at the penthouse for two weeks and it was amazing,very clean and everything you need and also don't have to pay extra for air con which is great.

Beautiful well-stocked penthouse apartment
We stayed at Viv's apartment at the beginning of June, with my wife and 4-year old daughter.
We had stayed at another Roda Golf apartment in Easter 2016 and came back because of the high standard of the surroundings. We never played golf, but just appreciated the very well maintained gardens and pool area, as well as the whole resort in general.
There is nothing left wanting in Viv's well stocked apartment. There were bikes in the underground lock-up, inflatable toys for the pool, as well as all sorts of other sports equipment and stuff - very trusting to leave it there for the use of renters. The kitchen was well stocked with all the spices, ketchups, sauces, all the kind of stuff you would normally have to go and buy when renting. The apartment was clean and well appointed, the solarium/terrace on the roof was perfect to catch the sun all day through with views over the rest of the resort.
You would certainly need a car, although it is just 10 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport. You also need to drive to any restaurant in Los Alcazares although there are a couple of small restaurants about 15 minute walk away.
All-in-all a very enjoyable holiday and Viv was very responsive with any requests we sent her via email.
Hope to be back some time soon.

Fabulous Apartment.
A great apartment, truly a home from home. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay.We were met by Mandy who settled us in very quickly, the owner Vivienne was very helpful with the booking loads of information about the apartment and things to do. As the apartment is at the furthest end of the complex a car is essential.The large roof top terrace is perfect for sunbathing with some nice comfy sun beds the gas BBQ, and the dinning furniture makes it great for eating up there as well.Being at the end of the complex it was lovely and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted,

Fantastic apartment and family holiday.
Extremely well equipped apartment. Like a home away from home. Great contact from owner and key holder. Fantastic roof terrace overlooking pool, golf course and over sea to La Manga. Pool was never busy and often had it all to ourselves. Highly recommended.

Definitely the best apartment we have stayed at in Roda.
This three bedroom apartment was superb, it had everything we needed. We did a lot of our own cooking and found the kitchen was set up well with abundance of utensils and gadgets.
The roof terrace was tremendous with excellent views and not over looked at all, it was our favourite place to have a Gin n Tonic.
There were two bikes for our use which we used everyday and although not mountain bikes they got us to the beach and back so perfect.
The location of the apartment was also perfect as it is in a nice quiet area where the apartments are well spaced out.
We will definitely book again.

Very nice penthouse apartment
Very good apartment overlooking the swimming pool. Views for top roof top are really good, looking across the golf course and the views of the sea. There are plenty of sun beds and a nice shaded area on the roof top to use, great for sunbathing and outside dining.
The gas BBQ was very useful and the meat from the local butcher was really nice.
Well equipped kitchen with everything you would need. The inside of the apartment is very comfortable with air conditioning which is much needed in the summer.
And to keep the teenagers amused there's and nice TV with UK channels and optional WiFi

- Beautiful beaches for sun worshippers and water sports enthusiasts
- A large selection of golf courses
- Walking and cycling trails for the adventurers
- Fabulous architecture / historical sites in the cities of Murcia & Cartegena, and in many nearby towns
- Designer shops in the cities, and outdoor markets in the local towns
- Local nature reserves both inland and on the coast
- Horse-riding
- Selection of health spas for those who would like some pampering
- Local vinyards - Bodegas - for the wine lovers
Here are just some of the many places to explore in the vicinity of Roda Golf:
Murcia City - Full of historical sites/architecture. Visit the Bullfighting Ring, shop in the designer shops, or just enjoy the many lovely bars and restaurants the city has to offer.
Cartegena – A major commercial & Naval Maritime Port. Wine and dine along the seafront cafes and bars. Explore the many historical sites that depict the cities Moorish, Roman and Phoenician heritage, including a lost roman amphitheatre. Shop in the outdoor markets or the designer shops. Take a cruise of the Mar Menor from the port. A great place to visit!
San Pedro Del Pinatar - Visit the Regional Park of Las Salinas (Salt lakes), home to a great many migrating birds, including Pink Flamingoes. Enjoy the Mud Baths at Lo Pagan, famous for it's therapeutic qualities: cover yourself in healing mud, bask in the sun, and then rinse off in the healing waters of the Mar Menor - Reputed to be great for arthritis and skin complaints!
