This townhouse is situated on the family friendly gated complex of Playa 3. Within the complex you have a main pool with outside shower and separate children's pool, approx. 6 meters from the house.

We live on a small complex and there are community rules which are available on request before you book. There is also a copy of the rules in our house.
Barbara & Paul had excellent communication & were fabulous hosts. The property has everything you could possibly need. The complex is well maintained & the swimming pool was clean. It was very quiet & relaxing which was perfect. We would 100% recommend it & if we was to travel back to the same resort we wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Fabulous holiday!!

Amazing family holiday.
We have just returned from a two week family holiday at this beautiful house in Los Alcazares.
From the initial booking to returning home everything has been superb.
Paul picked us up from the airport and showed us around the area before taking us to the house. Paul gave us a tour of the house and explained everything throughly.
The house itself is beautiful. It was immaculately clean throughout and had everything you can think of in terms of facilities and equipment. The washing machine was such a bonus for us. There are three seating areas to sit and relax or sunbath. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and mattress and pillows were super comfy.
The small garden to the front of the house was really beautiful and very well kept. The solarium was amazing although only used it on an evening as it was so hot. The fairy lights were a nice touch.
The Playa itself is stunning. The grounds are beautifully manicured and immaculately clean. The pool was very clean and warm. And on a busy day only a few people around sunbathing or swimming. We often had the pool to ourselves.
There are numerous supermarkets within a 10 minute walk including Lidl, Mercadona and Aldi and they are super cheap. The handy shopping trolley kept at the house is a genius idea and made life very easy.
The strip is a 5 minute walk with lots of restaurants and bars. We preferred the lovely walk along the promenade into the old town with the lovely bars and restaurants. You know they’re going to be good if that’s where the Spanish go.
The beach is just 10 minutes walk away. The full stretch is super clean and had such a relaxed feel. The water was so warm and not too deep so perfect for people with small children.
Barbara kept us up to date throughout our stay with what was going on in the area and things we might enjoy.
A huge thank you to Barbara and Paul. Nothing was too much trouble and we have had one of the most relaxed holidays ever.
We highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone. We are hoping to return soon.

Fabulous Holiday
What a fabulous holiday in Paul and Barbara's fantastic town house.
Paul picked us up from the airport and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and local wine. The townhouse was immaculate and spotlessly clean. You feel at home from the off. There were some lovely touches such as water and milk in the fridge and some magdalenas!
The supermarkets and restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk with the beach less than 10.
Thank you Paul and Barbara for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning to the area in the future

Fantastic place !
Me and my children had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home and would highly recommend staying here ! Barbara was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed, the place was equipped with everything we needed to sleep well and live well for the 12days we was there. So close to the bars and restaurants and a drive away for markets and shops so close to a lovely beach and a very warm sea! Whole holiday was 10/10 and mainly because we new we felt safe and at home in this beautiful town house. Not to mention the others that live on the playa, so welcoming and friendly. :) thanks l, we will be back … x Thankyou !

Perfect from start to finish! A fantastic break!
We had an amazing stay at Barbara and Paul's apartment in Los Alcázares at the end of October! They were incredibly helpful from start to finish. we arranged for Paul to pick us up from the airport and we were given all the latest updates about the area on our way to the apartment.
Upon arrival, Paul gave us a thorough tour of the modern and immaculate apartment, leaving no detail unexplained. He even offered to fetch us from the supermarket, but the trolley provided made shopping a breeze.
The apartment had everything we needed, and the quiet pool area and fantastic roof terrace were perfect for relaxation and sunbathing. Having visited the area before on a number of occasions , this is by far our favourite place to stay. The restaurants on the strip were impressive, with the food seeming better than ever this year.
Communication from Barbara was amazing. From the moment we booked we were kept in the loop. Barbara also checked in with us during our holiday to make sure everything was okay which was appreciated.
We are intending to return and have recommended the property to our friends and family.

Amazing villa and owners
We had the best holiday and the best Villa we have stayed in. The villa is spacious, clean, modern and well equipped, couldn’t fault it. The grounds and pool are so clean and tidy and just stunning.
We had to contact the owners Barbara and Paul regarding worrying we were using too much electric and they couldn’t have been more helpful, putting our minds at rest and making sure we were happy with everything! Even sending us more Information about where we were staying and recommendations. Husband loved the little touch of having a fridge on the top solarium and I loved the extra touch of the washing machine lol:)! We would definitely go back and stay there and would highly recommend this Villa.

Hidden Gem ..You Won't Find Better
Cannot fault our stay, Barbara & Paul are excellent hosts..nothings to much trouble and local information second to none.
The property is spotless, you will find everything you need and more, you'll possibly not find a better vacation stay, as the complex is superb, we'll kept gardens/pool area and most importantly quiet in the evening.
The area has all that's required for a vacation (with or without children) Mar Manor lagoon/beach (very safe for children) 5 minutes walk..restaurants & bars 3 minutes
large supermarkets 5 minutes.
Unless you want to explore a car is not necessary.
Our only advice is book early, as I can ensure you this home from home is very popular, with people returning.

Amazing break away!
We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful townhouse. Everything was thought of to make our holiday perfect. We especially liked the shopping trolley on wheels that we called Tiffany the trolley! Very handy Highly recommend. Paul and Barbara are perfect hosts!

Brilliant house in Los Alcazares!
Barbara and Paul are fabulous hosts who look after all guests’ needs. Their house is even lovelier than the photos- just stunning! Everything you need is provided. Perfect location and beautiful pool and gardens. Highly recommend to others! .

Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga.
The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and watersports enthusiasts.
The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times.
The fertile countryside (la huerta) inland supplies the local markets with fresh produce which is also exported to northern Europe, especially during the winter when local farmers take advantage of the comparatively warm weather. Throughout the year, the area offers boundless opportunities for sports and other activities. Golfers will be delighted that no less than seven golf courses can be found within a short drive from the town.
The town was afforded municipal autonomy on 13 October 1983. In celebration of this, each October the town puts on a week-long outdoor party featuring live music, shows and spectacular firework displays.
Since 2000 the last three days in March has seen Los Alcazares take on a medieval flavour with a large medieval market and numerous events in recollection of the times of peace following the creation of effective defences against invasions of Barbary pirates during the 15th century.
Throughout the last two weeks in August, the town hosts the international celebration of La Huerta when groups representing market garden areas throughout Spain and other European countries gather to display their folklore, handicrafts and prepare gastronomic feasts from their local produce.
The town is well connected to the recently upgraded Spanish motorway network and there are regular flights from and to many European cities to Murcia/San Javier International Airport which is only five minutes drive away.
Alicante airport offers even more flights, and is just an hour away. 30 km to the northwest can be found the historic city of Murcia, the region's administrative centre. 15 km to the southwest lies Cartagena, a delightful Roman port city which has recently been revitalized.
Getting around
Los Alcázares is flat and is based approximately 5km along the coastline and everything can be seen by walking. You can hire a bike if you want to travel a little further.
The main train station is located in Cartagena (30 km) if you want to travel to other parts of Spain.
You can pop into the Tourist Board based along the Strip and they can guide you, depending on where you want to visit and give you timetables for buses and trains.
