The property benefits from air-conditioning to each room and ceiling fans.
The apartment is in a gated complex with secure parking at the main entrance. There are two pools, one swimming pool and a splash pool for children. During the high season there is a life guard. There are lawned areas with palm trees that provide shade.
Albatros is a fabulous location, only a five minute walk to the main square, where you will find a supermarket, a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is just another short stroll from there, and here you will find the shores of the Mar Menor (little sea) which is a salt water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga. A ferry service is available between June and September from Los Alcazares.
The area is very flat, making it ideal for walking and cycling. Only 2km away from the motorway making easy access to all the Murcia region, the historical city of Cartagena, the Calblanque Nature reserve, La Zenia Boulevard (for the shopping enthusiast) and many golf courses are all within easy reach. Tuesdays and Saturdays are markets days in Los Alcazares where many bargains can be found as well as fresh, locally grown fruit and vegetables.
The price is based on 4 people sharing, additional guests will be charged 10e extra per night. Mid stay linen change is also available at 10euros per person.

Enjoyed the relaxing on patio you didn't even need to go far to shops and restaurants. Would recommend to friends with children.

Perfect for us
My husband and I stayed here in early July. It was a great space to be in as we had access to the lovely clean communal pool, easy walking distance to a variety of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. It was an easy 10 minute level walk to the lagoon beach and the very long promenade. The building itself and grounds are well kept and the whole area felt very safe. The apartment itself had everything you could reasonably need. Suzi was a great host, available but not intrusive. If you need airport transfer I would highly recommend Wayne from Clarity Cabs. If the road train is running whilst you are staying in the area-take a journey on it, it will leave you with a smile on your face!

Our family stayed in this apartment last week . Fabulous place , very clean , good size and has good WIFI for the kids when they need to chill out . The owners could not be more accommodating and we would definitely recommend .

Cómodo, agradable, muy bien pensado
Francamente, buscábamos un apartamento sencillo para poder conocer la zona. El resultado fue inmejorable. El apartamento está cuidado, con enorme atención al detalle, y es una propuesta con una relación calidad precio imbatible.
El servicio dado por Neil y Suzanne genial, y destacaríamos la conexión Internet gratuita FTTH de sorprendente velocidad.

Fantastic apartment and location
Fabulous apartment, extremely clean and tidy, quite a home from home feel.
Everything available for a very good self catering stay.
Location of the apartment within the complex again very good. overlooking the pool but still private. Sun on the balcony from lunch time till sunset, but shaded area too if required.
Excellent communication from Neil and Suzi throughout booking process and on arrival.
Would certainly recommend to friends and will most definitely stay here again

Fab apartment,spotless,good aircon,great complex,over zealous lifeguard(which we all thought was brill,no bombing/diving) 10/10 for the the lifeguard's,10/10 for apartment and customer service !

Nice apartment
We found the apartment clean & well equipped & in a good location & close to all amenities. Outside area was well maintained, only suggestion would be to have access to sun loungers as it was uncomfortable sunbathing on the grass by the pool. Would recommend for a relaxing break.

Albatross apartment
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment it's very clean and well presented.
Suzi and Neil were very friendly and helpful and transferred us from the airport and back at a more than reasonable rate.
The complex is very well run and very secure the pool area is clean and tidy and the pool is quite large and clean.
it is very close to all amenities including supermarkets bars restaurants shops and the beach.
Would definitely come back and Book this apartment again

Lovely apartment, helpful and friendly owners
Lovely 2 bed apartment on a nice development. Clean, well furnished. Beautiful pool. Good communication from friendly owners. Wine, milk, tea/coffee, bottled water in apartment when we arrived late evening was much appreciated.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a well equipped apartment in Los Alcazares.

Lovely apartment on a very nice complex
Lovely apartment with everything you will need. It is on the Albatross complex which is very clean and quiet. It is a few minutes walk from Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants. If you walk through the Square where all the Bars, Restaurants and some shops are it takes you to the beach. If you turn right at the Promenade it will take you into Los Alcazares Old Town.We have stayed in this apartment at different times of the year, As it is within walking distance of everything you do not need a car and the area is flat so no hills to climb!
