We stayed here for 10 nights with a 3 year old and 5 adults, and it was exactly as it was expected.
The villa consists of 4 very good sized rooms all with air conditioning (which isn’t needed throughout the night as the ceiling fan is adequate). Bathrooms were good as were the showers. The living area was very spacious and had TV and stereo and plenty of sofas.
The kitchen was functional and had everything needed. There was a gas BBQ which was used most days and the outdoor patio area was covered and very good for family meals.
Now for the bit that everyone goes to Spain for… The pool area was great, really good for small kids as it had a large grass area to run about on and around the pool was a non-slip concrete (albeit slightly rough on the skin) made things easier when a 3 year old was bombing in and out the pool. Plenty of pool toys provided and was very clean.
Mar Menor Golf Village is fantastic, has everything within walking distance, several restaurants, hotel pool, bar, shop and sport facilities. We hired a car for our time and used it to go to the main supermarket as it was slightly cheaper and also for a few day trips - Terra Natura was a really good day out, the local beach is really good also.
All in all, this was a fantastic villa and we would definitely rebook again.
