There is a large private roof solarium as well as a good sized balcony that overlooks Rio Nalon. Access to the apartment is via a large private communal hallway where you will find stairs and the lift.
The solarium has been retiled and all new furniture in the king-size bedroom since these photos were taken.
Please do not bring hairdryers, tongs etc not of Spanish compatibility, hair drier and iron supplied.

Great accomodation,within throughing distance of Supermarket and all eateries and entertainment The only down side was the noise from the bar almost facing, went on till after 1 am.most mornings.Probably O.K. if you are younger but a good night's sleep is part of your holiday.

Week Family Stay to Los Alcazares
Apartment very well equipped, very clean and in a great location for the strip and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Easily sleeps 5 as we had in our party. Karl very helpful pre visit and would be happy to re-book if we returned to the resort.

Perfect apartment
Perfect and beautiful apartment right in the heart of the restaurant boulevard. Nice balkony facing the restaurants and not a bit of disturbence from it. Sleept well and cool thanks to ac. Recommends it, close to food, stores and beach. Hop to come back again soon.

Nice clean apartement all you needed was available good location for shops bars supermarkets etc loveley beaches and nice and flat for getting around to all areas my wife and i enjoyed our stay very much and will return.

Great apartment
Ideally located for the warm and shallow Mar Menor, ideal for non confident swimmers & young children, and the lively area of eateries and bars.
Pick of the bunch was Hemingways fantastic food at decent prices, booking advised.
Its also the closest we have been to a local supermarket, very handy.
The apartment was clean and spacious, bigger than expected with everything you need for your stay. Nice balcony and terrace up top with quality loungers.
Although the block only had two floors there was a lift for easy access.
Was lucky to catch the Jazz Fesival at San Javier a real treat.
I highly recommend this apartment, for quality, location & value

Perfection
Amazing apartment everything on the doorstep. We are two ladies in our seventies but enjoyed being in the heart of everything.we spent most of the time on the roof terrace what a bonus that was.we were picked up from the airport by the lovely ann another bonus. Food in the area excellent we went to fusion most nights lovely people.all amenities excellent and 5minutes to beach. Will be back next year best holiday for years and we go 4times a year to various resorts. Thank you James.

Great central apartment
A great central and very clean apartment . Everything on your doorstep including a supermarket restaurants shops . Beach a 5 min walk away
I could not recommend this apartment enough because of it cleanliness and location
Ann picked us up from airport and showed us around the apartment Ann was so nice
And help full and was easy to contact if we had any problems which we didn't
She was great. Knowing you have someone to contact if you have any problems is such a peace of mind already booked for nextyear

Mooi modern apartement voor liefhebbers van levendige omgeving en strand
Dit appartement ligt met een mooi uitzicht op de drukste restaurantstraat van Los Alcazeres. Houd je van restaurants, mensen en levendigheid? Dan is dit je apartement. Het ligt op de 2e etage met een riant uitzicht op alles wat er gebeurt: obers rennen, artiesten treden op, vuurspuwers komen langs, muzikanten, alles zie je gebeuren. Heb je er genoeg van? Er zit een heerlijk rustig deel van het dak als dakterras bij, met ligstoelen en een overkapping zodat je ook van de rust overdag kunt genieten. Het strand is ca. 5 minuten er vandaan met wat strandteneten, een palmenbosje met schaduw en het breedste strand van Los Alcazares aan de Mar Menor. Het appartement kent ook airco, wifi en een serie satelietzenders. Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we wat technische problemen maar deze werden goed en vlot verholpen door de eigenaar.
Enig nadeel is dat het geen appartement is voor mensen die gevoelig zijn voor geluid of vroeg willen slapen: de restaurants zijn zomers tot ca. 23.45 open, daarna gaan ze de stoelen stapelen. Geen probleem met oudere kinderen of als je zelf van de avond geniet. Appartement is prima uitvalsbasis voor Murcia, Carthagena en bijvoorbeeld Cabo de Palos (snorkelen!).

Fantastic Apartment
On arrival we were greeted by the lovely ann who showed us around this lovely apartment, which overlooks resturuants from the spacious balcony where we watched street artists, such as fire blowers, acrobatics, accordian players, etc. The Apartment was spotlessly clean throughout and had all you need for cooking indoors if you wanted, but with numerous eateries on your doorstep who needs to make their own..great shower, and lovely spacious lounge, walls spotlessly clean and bright, and what a delight to be on the rooftop solarium which was so peaceful and private for sunbathing, watched an airshow from this terrace which was super to see, similar to the red arrows display, all said this apartment and the location its set in, are ideal for a most relaxing holiday.

After you have booked and paid in full, holiday letting will allow us to exchange details and make direct contact.
A cleaning fee of €65 will be collected in hand upon arrival.
Cleaning does NOT include emptying cupboards and fridge, washing up, cleaning oven and fridge or taking rubbish out to the bins in the street. The additional cleaning will be deducted from deposit if left for the cleaner.
We will send you the contact details of our key holder and ask that you make direct contact for your booking in.
The time for entry, on arrival, is 4pm and the booking out time, departure, is 11am.
On certain occasions there may be same day change over and this only allows us a 5 hour turnaround.
While our key holder will try to assist you with looking after your belongings before/after these times please consider booking an extra day if you have a late departure and wish to use all the facilities until your flight is due.
