The property is a fantastic and stylish two-floor penthouse. It has a south-facing balcony and a private roof terrace with tables and chairs for dining alfresco. In the sitting room there is large (and very comfy) corner sofa and you'll really feel like you're on holiday with lovely views of palm tree tops. The living room has air con and a HD flat-screen TV, DVD player and digibox, which allows you to access your favourite UK channels. Up the stairs you'll find the master bedroom with ensuite (large walk-in double shower): a lovely room which has stunning views towards the mountains and sea. It has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan and leads straight out onto the roof terrace which has a barbecue, 2 sun loungers and table, 4 chairs and parasol for alfresco dining and relaxation. The property also has portable sun loungers and chairs for the pool and beach.
The property is only ten minutes walk away from a gorgeous and very safe beach, suitable for adults and children alike. During the summer it's dotted with beach bars and is a great place to relax. Although Los Alcazares is a peaceful and relaxing little town, there is a small sailing school and various watersports for the more active amongst you, as well as two water parks within 45 minutes drive. The whole area is wonderfully flat and there is a 7km paved promenade which runs along the seafront which is perfect for bikes or buggies.
Albatros Residencial is a beautiful and safe gated development, with two pools: an infinity pool and a children's pool. There is a lifeguard on duty for your safety during the peak season. Within a few minutes walk there are two large supermarkets which are fully stocked with everything you could need. There is also a gorgeous plaza full of bars and restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. It's only ten minutes transfer time from Murcia San Javier or an hour from Alicante which means you don't have the hassle of long journeys to and from the airport during your much-needed break. There is plenty of parking outside the apartment, although a car is not essential as everything is a short walk away. We can accommodate up to 6 people and all bed linen and bath towels are included.

A £100 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED WITH YOUR FINAL PAYMENT (This will be returned to your bank account within 7 days of returning home, if the property is left in a suitable condition. We have a strict non-smoking policy within the property)
Groups of all male or all female parties will not be approved.
We would request that the air con is turned off whilst you are out of the property
If required we can provide an airport pick up and drop off with a baby seat if needed. Please request further details at time of booking.

We really enjoyed everything about this property and the complex. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The complex was safe and clean and the pool was great.
The area is ideal for families. We would highly recommend it.

Lovely Villa
Lovely three bedroom, two bathroom villa. Owners were very helpful.We could have done with a car as it was hard to understand the winter restricted bus service. Also the address is confusing and it would have been really good for instructions on electronic goods, ie,
washing machine, tv, and cooker. Other wise a great villa.

Had a wonderfull month in this apartment.Everything great including the weather.The apartment got sun all day on the balcony and has everything to make a perfect stay in this lovely complex.Hope to come back soon.

One of the best.
I stayed at this apartment from 2nd July-10th July with my family. I had actually stayed in this same complex a few years ago and liked it. This apartment was actually the best holiday let that I have stayed in. The owner arranged for a friend of his to pick us up at the airport which was great. There was water, bread, tea, milk and lots of other necessities in the apartment which was really super. It is quite annoying when you have to include every small thing in your shopping but this owner had left bits and pieces from previous visitors like shampoo, conditioner, salt, olive oil and loads of other stuff. We left some of the same kind of things which could be used by the next batch of people. The apartment was meticulously clean and had loads of beach towels to use. Some of the owners private belongings were in the apartment and I can see that some people may not like this but it didn't bother us. The owner was a gentleman to deal with and so was his friend who looks after the apartment. Should I dcide to return to Los Alcazares at any time I will definitely want to stay here again. It was really super.

About the neighbourhood
Along it’s shores there are a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants providing drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment. The warm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor make the resort a mecca for those loving the beach life. There's a friendly (English speaking) post room situated in the square and a supermarket for your daily provisions and newspapers etc, Internet access is freely available throughout the various pubs, restaurants and cafe's in the area, which serve a range of food to satisfy all tastes and at very reasonable prices. The local tourist information has leaflets on different days out, there are 3 water parks a short distant away and a car hire outlet enabling you to travel around and explore the area further if you wish to.
