No Nightclubs so not for groups of young people wanting close to the nightlife! The covered veranda at the front of the villa is a favourite spot for relaxing and alfresco dining or for watching the sun set over the sea. Look out for the Lighthouse at Paphos at nighttime! Pool area: Larger than standard pool in built steps for easy access. Six generous sunbeds and sun umbrellas for shade. Changing room. Pool can be heated for additional cost – contact us for details. We supply pool and beach towels for our guests. Living accommodation – Living /dining room: open plan and furnished with white leather suite and walnut Dining table and chairs and matching units. There is a selection of books for your holiday read and local maps/info. Welcome book. Satellite connection TV with UK channels and latest Movies. Log burner and gas central heating for the winter months and air con and ceiling fans for the hot summers. Patio doors to the covered veranda and uninterrupted panoramic views. Kitchen: Separate kitchen equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a fridge freezer. Fully equipped with crockery and glass ware pots and pans. We have a highchair available for young guests free of charge! We supply a welcome pack for you on arrival! Guest WC Master bedroom – Super king size bed (6ft) with dressing area and en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to the covered veranda at the front of the house. Bedroom 2 – next to master bedroom – twin room Bedroom 3 - two single beds that can be made up as large double bed on request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air con units for hot and cold and central heating for the winter months. We supply all linen and bedding for you and a second set of bedding for your second week. There are timer switches on the air con, and we ask that you are considerate and do not use them when not required. Travel cot available free of charge. Rear garden: there is a gas bbq at your disposable and a pergola with covered seating for 4 . help yourself to the lemons from the trees in season and enjoy the colourful bougainvillea hedge. More

No smoking inside of the villa please. Ashtrays are provided on the terraces. the villa is in a quiet residential area so no loud music and pool parties at night ! No hen or stag parties and only the paying guests are allowed. Respect the villa as it is a private home and has been furnished etc as such for the comfort of all the guests and the family. We will ask for your flight details and if we can accommodate an earlier check in and out time we will if possible

Anchor Villa

Excellent villa and perfect weather! Villa is well equipped and comfortable, the pool is great and views to the bay are fantastic. Really quiet area and easily walkable to Peyia. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful had a great 2 wks should have booked longer. Excellent views excellent facilities. The pool was gorgeous.

Youl .need a Car Too far to walk to the village. Not a very nice road to get there . But it's worth it. The bungalow is home from home. Didn't want to leave

Great layout and excellent pool.

superb villa in quiet location but not too far from amenites

Superb Villa with fantastic views, excellent outside eating areas. Fabulous pool. Car hire recommended, although close to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Been coming to Cyprus for over 20 years and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in.

About the neighbourhood
Peyia is one of the most sought after locations on the sun drenched island of Cyprus, with stunning mountain and coastal views. Set at an altitude of 200 meters, allows the enviable panoramic views both to the west coast of the island and toward the center of Paphos and lovely cooling breezes on a summers day and perfect sunsets every night. The village centre is a 15 min walk from the villa or a short drive. Here you will find everything you need, butchers, bakers, supermarkets and a great selection of restaurants and taverns to sample. There is also a pharmacy and a newly opened medical centre on the main street of the lower part of the village. The village gets its income from a mixture of tourism and agriculture so don't be surprised if you see goats wandering near the Villa and along ...
Getting around
A car is necessary to get our and about to see the sights or if you prefer you could book and organised trip from Coral Bay if you want to see some of the sights in other areas - including trips to Famagusta and Nicosia and the Kykkos monastry. there is a bus route from St Georges to Coral bay via Peyia and from Coral Bay you can travel to either the harbour area of Kato Paphos or the Old Town of Paphos.
