This impressive very spacious 6 bedroom villa is standing in a commanding position and provides a large private pool and children's pool. Reached via a private drive and situated between Coral Bay and the beautiful Sea Caves area towards St Georges. The views from the villa on all sides are superb. Providing privacy and space in a superbly landscaped and manicured garden this villa is ideal for families, large groups or wedding holidays in Paphos. The front entrance is via a few steps from the parking area and leads into a large entrance hall off from which radiate the ornate staircase leading to both the upstairs accommodation and the lower level of the villa. On the first floor a spacious landing area has patio doors to the top sun terrace, which boasts patio style seating and a kitchenette with fridge. Also radiating from this area is a twin bedroom with full bathroom en-suite, a second twin with shower room and WC en-suite and the master four-poster double bedroom with Jacuzzi bathroom en-suite. On the lower level there is a complete self contained apartment. Walk through wardrobes lead to a twin bedded room and a double bedded room, which is split be a shower room with WC. There is a comfortably furnished through lounge, a full kitchen with dining area and patio doors lead from the lounge onto a covered terrace area. Outside the spacious terrace area surrounds the 10 metre pool, which has roman steps into a shallow end for children. An added feature is the small 2 metre children's splash pool, which is just 50cm deep and to the side of the pool is a splendid barbeque kitchen for those meals al-fresco. The lawned gardens to the front and side of the house complete this most attractive family villa.
