Broadwater is a lovely modern ground floor apartment .The apartment is situated in a residential development. Property enjoys central location. Two minutes walk will take you to: local shops inluding Waitrose, restaurants and the railway station. It is ideally located for access to London and surrounding country site. Grand Union Canal, park, children playground, tennis club are 'on your doorstep'. Broadwater is centrally heated throughout and the property has its own entrance. There are french doors leading from the living area lead to a small Mediterranean courtyard garden with garden furniture. A one well behaved dog is allowed by prior agreement. Guest will provide the dog's bedding and not allow on the furniture unless it is covered with a blanket supplied by the renter. Pets are not allowed on the bed at any time. Pets are also not allowed to be left alone in the property or cause noise nuisance to other residents. They also not allowed to use the garden as a toilet.
